Construction of 132KV Pilibhit TSS Feeder Bay and Providing of Lighting Arrangement alongwith other associated Works at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Site Requirement and Details below
(A) Supply
(1) Supply of 5 No. U- Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single ACSR Moose Conductor & 132KV Disc Insulator String comprising of 10 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Tension Clamp etc., as per Technical Specifications & Sample..
(2) Supply of Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single ACSR Panther Conductor & 132KV Disc Insulator String comprising of 10 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Tension Clamp etc., as per Sample.
(3) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Moose Conductor, complete with 4 No. 16 × 90 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(4) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Panther Conductor, complete with 4 No. 16 × 90 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(5) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Panther to ACSR Panter Conductor, complete with 3 No. 16 × 75 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(6) Supply of 132KV Isolator Bi-Metallic Terminal Connector duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for 132KV Isolator & Twin ACSR Panther Conductors, complete with 4 No. 12 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(7) Supply of 132KV C.B. Terminal Connector duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for 132KV C.B. & Twin ACSR Panther Conductors, complete with 4 No. 12 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(8) Supply of 132KV C.T. Bi-Metallic Terminal Connector duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy alongwith Bi-Metallic Sleeve / Plate, suitable for 132KV C.T. & Twin ACSR Panther Conductors, complete with 4 No. 12 mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Spring / Plain Washers, as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(9) Supply of 132KV Post Insulator Clamp duly Made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for 132KV Post Insulator & Twin ACSR Panter Conductor, complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Sample.
(B) Work
(1) Erection of Following Structures & Equipments including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site :
(a) Lattice type Main & Aux. Structures
(b) 132KV SF6 C.B.
(c) 132KV C.T.
(d) 132KV P.T.
(e) 132KV L.A.
(f) 132KV Bus Isolator with associated PIs
(g) 132KV Line Isolator with associated Earth Blades & PIs
(h) 132KV Tandem Isolator with associated PIs
(i) 132KV Post Insulator
(j) 132KV C.T. Junction Box
(k) 132KV P.T. Junction Box
(l) 132KV Control and Relay Panel
(2) (a) Stringing of 132 KV Jack Bus-Bar of Single ACSR Panther Conductor to interconnect the 132 KV Transfer Bus(1 Job per Phase)
(2) (b) Extension of 132 KV Transfer Bus and Stringing between 132KV Existing Tranfer Bus and new extended portion by single ACSR Panther Conductor.
(3) Jumpering of Equipments of 132 KV PilibhitTSS Bay with ACSR Panther Conductors. 132KV Bays with the help of ACSR Panther Conductor to Connect the Bus Bar Conductors of 132KV Main Bus & 132KV Transfer Bus with Equipments and Equipments to Equipments with the help of suitable Clamps / Connectors including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement :
(4) Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station :
(a) 2C x 2.5 mm2
(b) 4C x 2.5 mm2
(c) 6C x 2.5 mm2
(5) Interconnection & Termination of various sizes above Laid Control Cables between Feeder C&R Panel / DPP to various Equipments & Equipments to Equipments Cable Termination in 132 KV PilibhitTSS Bay including Extending D.C. Supply from DCDB and A.C. Supply from ACDB to C&R Panel / DPP and various Equipments including Making necessary Holes in Gland Plates, wherever Required alongwith Providing & Fixing of Appropriate sizes Cable Glands, Providing of Ferrules for each Core of the Cables, then Termination with Crimping type Copper Lugs alongwith Preparation of Inter-Connection Drawing and Commissioning of the Bay in Co-ordination with T&C Wing including Providing of 2 Sets of Hard Copies of as Executed Inter-Connection Drawing.
(6) Making of Shielding Mesh for 132KV LAs in 220 KV PilibhitTSS Bay by Fabrication of 3 Meter Long Electrodes with 36 mm dia. M.S. Rod Bar having 150 mm long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with Top 500 mm below Ground Level, Jointing the Electrodes with 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Flat by Welding for making of Mesh, Connecting the Shielding Mesh with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally, Painting of the Shielding Mesh / Earthing Strips with Anti-Corrosive Paint, with due Digging of Earth / Trench & its Back Filling. (1 Job per Bay)
(7) Earthing by Cutting, Straightening & Laying 500 mm below Inside Ground & above Ground of Following sizes M.S. Flat to Provided by the Department for Diagonal / Double Earthing of the Main & Aux. Structures, Equipments and Cable Trenches including Welding with Main Earth Mat and with the Object to be Earthed including Excavation of Trenches & its Back Filling etc. as per Details below :
(a) Earthing of LAs with 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Flat
(b) Earthing of Main & Aux. Structures and Equipments (CBs, Isolators, CTs, PTs, C&R Panel, DPP, Junction Boxes etc. with 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Flat
(c) Earthing of Cable Trench with 25 mm × 6 mm / 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Flat
(8) Painting of M.S. Earthing Strips by Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush, then Painting with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned J.E. / S.D.O.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Bus Green Colour as per Details below :
(a) 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour
(b) 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour
(c) 25 × 6 mm / 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour
(9) Removal of trench cover from trenches for laying of various size cable through 21/2 & 1" dia 'C' Class G.I. pipe (wherever respective required) as per cable schedule on cable racks along the Wall of Cable Trenches with Associated work such as Cutting, making Threads for fitting Socket, Elbow & dressing etc. Determination of all internal connections at each equipment, laying of Control Cables in GI Pipes and its Retermination including all internal connection at each equipment including correct Ferruling as per drawing on each core of cable. Control cable will be fully covered by G.I. pipe up to termination point at both ends. After completion of work all the Trench covers are to be placed properly. All required material (G.I. Pipe, Socket, Bands, Nipples & T-joints), labour, electrician, etc. will be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost.
(a) Pilfer Proofing by using 21/2 " Dia Pipe.
(b) Pilfer Proofing by using 1 " Dia Pipe.
(C) Lighting
(1) Providing of Junction Box of size 280 × 225 × 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG Sheet and Painted with Smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint and Fitted with 1 No. 6 Amp. SP MCB on Anodized M.S. Channel, 1 No. Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp. NS 6 type HRC Fuse, 1 No. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 4 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C × 2.5 mm2 / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Incoming / Outgoing Control Cables etc., then Installation of Junction Box on M.S. Round Pole at designated Height with the help of suitable M.S. Clamps alongwith Earthing of the Junction Box with 12 SWG G.I. Wire including Cable Terminations with Satisfactory Testing & Commissioning.
(2) Providing & Fixing of 150 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havells make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment inlcuding Cable Terminations.
(3) Laying of 2C × 2.5 mm2 / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Control Cables from L.T. A.C.D.B. Cubical to various Junction Boxes for Switchyard Lighting through Excavated Trench of size 300 × 600 mm, Covering the Cables with River Sand & Brick Lining Along & Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling of the Trench after Laying of Cables.
