Manning and operation of Central Water treatment plant at Nagtalao continuously in 3 shifts of eight hours each (Each shift of 8 hours) a team of PHO-01 No, & Helper -02 Nos including security of plant, cleaning of premises of installations, operation and smooth maintenance of the following Machinery/ Equipment :-(a) 0.50 HP electric driven motor with pump-2 Nos (b) 1.00 HP electric driven motor with pump-3 Nos (c) 2 HP electric driven motor with pump-3 No (d) 3 HP electric driven motor with pump-2 Nos (e) 7.50 HP electric driven motor, with pump -04 Nos, and electric panel board.-02 Nos (f) 10 HP motor electric driven centrifugal pumps-2 Nos (g) 20 HP electric driven motor with pump-2 Nos (h) Contractor will also ensure proper mixing of Alam / bleaching poweder/chlorine and will check daily at final distribution point i.e at service tanks or tap of direct supply random of the users. He will also maintain a register with details of PPM with the signature of the users, both in the morning and evening hours as directed by the Engr-in- charge. (j) Maintenance and operation of filter beds including back wash and as when required removal of sludge precipitate at bottom of clarifloculator by means of opening wash out sluice valve on daily basis etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :-(i) Complete Plant in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor at the time of commencement of work and contractor has to return the same in working condition after completion of the contract period. (ii) Contractor will maintain all the installations and structures to maintain the hygienic condition inside installations and it premises. (iii) The following staff shall be deputed by the contractor in each shift on all days of week for a period of 11 months (PHO - 01 No & Mate - 02 Nos) (iv) Mainting the records such as log sheet, log book, Earth testing register of Panel boards, transformers, Payment of all employed staff and other installtion incl cleaning of installation premises and the bird proofing arrangement and installation daily as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, records shall be submitted in AGE E/M Office weekly.

Carrying out the following laboratory checks to the sample obtained from water treatment plant located at Nagtalao once in every ten days from any of the Government Engg College or any of the Govt recognized lab which is recognized by central water comission all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 1. pH 2. Colour 3.Turbidity 4. odour 5. taste 6. total coliform 7. E. coli 8. total dissolved solids 9. Residual Chlorine

Supply and Testing of treated water by O-Tolidine (Reagent) solution for determination of PH value of chlorine in water. Note: Duty staff of contractor will collect sample of water from residual end and will show tested sample to Engr-in-charge every day for record.

Supply and mixing of Alum ( in water for water treatment as and when required qty as per turbidity of raw water during the filtration of water all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and mixing of liquid Calcium Hypochlorite in water having 60 % to 70 % available chlorine packed in 45 kg plastic drums for water treatment as when required qty to achieve desired value of residual chlorine present in water (PPM) or as per direction.
