ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FOR KENT RO WATER PURIFIER OF CAPACITY 50 LPH INSTALLED AT GE DEHRADUN (TOTAL 01 NO). Terms and Conditions (a) The rates quoted for repair/maintenance/replacement of part to found defective including all parts covered under AMC for a period of one year from the date of acceptance/handling over the faulty equipment/commencement of maintenance service whichever is later. (b) Defect rectification period and the faults would be rectified in the first response itself, maximum period allowed for defect rectification shall be 48 hours only. (c) Call Notice : Notice for repair/maintenance of the system will be given to the firm by JE through phone followed by written brief description of the complaint. (d) Penalty for delay in attendance and defect rectification or provision of stand by excluded while calculating for the period of delay for call attendance and defect rectification. (e) In case of failure on the part of the firm to respond to the call within stipulated period of 48 hrs, this office shall levy a penalty of Rs 100.00 per day for the first three days and thereafter Rs 500.00 per day would be levied till the machine is made on road. (f) The contract covers a comprehensive routine servicing and maintenance and such rectification of existing defects completely of the equipment. Any part that may need replacement will be supplied by the firm on free of charges. (g) Frequency of service : Two visits per month of service engineer for normal preventive maintenance plus as required in case of break down. (h) The payment will be made quarterly basis by AGE E/M-I Section of this office after satisfaction of services. (j) The servicing / repair and regular / periodic maintenance of the Kent RO water purifier shall be got done through OEM. The MOU / agreement with the OEM for servicing / maintenance shall be submitted by the lowest bidder within 20 days of issue of work order. Note:- (a) Contractor will give the minimum six month guarantee after completion of work.
