TREATMENT PLANT

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P and construct 0.10 MLD capacity treatment works for 24 working hours a day consisting of slow sand gravity filter and other connected appurtenant works including cartage of material upto site required for proper completion of work. Capacity 0.10 MLD

BOUNDARY WALL

Excavation of earth work in ordinary rock by mechanical/manual means in foundation trenches (including lift upto 1 m & lead upto 30m) filling watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the side of foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:4:8 in 40mm stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering

Random Rubble masonary with hard stones including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in 20mm stone aggregate

Brick work with common burnt F.P.S(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: cement mortar 1:6

Plastering with in proportion of 1:4 cemnt, sand with minimum thickness 2cm including supply of all steel, labour, T&P, etc complete for the proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint(snowsem) of required shade(two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approvedmake, made of requiredsize M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted onspecially designedpipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside andoutside locking with push and pull operation complete, including thecost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springsmanufactured from hightensile steel wire of adequate strengthconforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thicknessfor rolling shutters. Use 80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover

RISING MAIN

Providing of all material, carting from site store to site of works, lowering into trenches with true to alignment, laying of MSERW pipes confirming to 210 grade or aboe, joining by electric welding process with proper grade of electrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines( Ador, L&T or equivalent quality of electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of works with testing of pipelines etc complete.Nominal Dia

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be done in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and rest 25% will be done in medium rock.

CWR & SUMP

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) with M.S. ladder outside and inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover, etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex)/enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8.00 MT/M2
