Complete dismantling of the old and non functioning fire hydrant pump house including safe dismantling of all the equipments and structure, their suitable disposing off and consruction of new pump house room of size 6M X 5M X 3M (Automatic Fire Hydrant System Control Room) with the tranches and its cover for covering cablesfor installation of Diesel Engine driven Fire Water Motor‐ Pump Set, main electric motor pump set , Jockey motor Pump Set, Electrical Control Panel, Diesel Storage Tank and its other associated fittings and fixtures, etc. including electrification /lighting arrangements, painting of complete room, installation of doors & windows complete in all respect.

Complete dismanting of existing and non-functiong fire hydrant system, checking and testing of fittings and accessories, re-shaping, remodelling and re-fitting as per the proposed hydrant plant complete in all respect including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Complete overhauling of fire hydrant pump hose and components like Diesel Engine driven Fire Water Motor‐ Pump Set, main electric motor pump set, Jockey motor Pump Set, valves, NRV’s, Stainer’s and re-installing in newly constructed fire hydrant pump house room as per the direction of the engineer incharge including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P, cost including man, material, and T&P.

Miscellaneos civil repair of the fire hydrant water storage tank including deep cleaning and removal of all silt, dirt etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of main control panel forauto operation of all three pumps (Diesel driven/Electric/Jockey) which will include Battery Charger, starters, interlocking circuits, Main Switch, HRC Fuse Fitting Sets, Ammeter, Volt Meter. Rotary Switches, IndicationLamp Fitting with Lamps, Panel Board wiring etc. of ISI mark complete in all respect. (Make Risha or equivalent)

Complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of components for auto operation system for fire hydrant system like pressure switch, pressure gauge’s, NRV’s, valves and other required accessories cost including man, material, T&P required for completing the work satisfactory.

Work of complete repairing/overhauling of single headed internal hydrant valve with instantaneous stainless-steel coupling of 63 mm dia with cast iron wheel work like dismantling, cleaning, oiling, greasing, reassembling and painting. Cost included man, material, and T&P’s required for completing the job satisfactory.

Painting of complete Fire Hydrant system installed at 220 KV S/S Kamaluaganja with red oxide and enamel paint, after cleaning pipe line with sand paper including cost of men, material and T&P required.

Supply & Installation of Gun metal single headed 63 mm. Hydrant post complete with all accessories fixture and fitting such as GM Hydrant valve, Butterfly valve , Double door 18 SWG MS hose cabinet of with2 Nos. pure synthetic RRL (reinforced rubber lined) hose with 63 mm dia, GM coupling and 1 nos .branch pipe etc.

Supply and Installation of 150 mm MS B class pipe make Jindal/TATA for shifting 2 Nos. monitor point from back side of 40 MVA transformer to front side with appropriate distance.

Construction of base support and foundation for above upper ground pipe line of size of different sizes and hydrant point as per civil standard norms and fixing support base MS plate on top for laying pipe line.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150 MM size Butterfly Valve on fire hydrant pipe line with the cost of flanges, cutting, welding, painting ,etc.
