Taking down/removing of existing water proofing felt on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall, or any description etc including, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof / chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, stone / boulder masonry, precast concrete block masonry etc., built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast Cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work for as in padding concrete on roof / chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm and providing 4 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm /Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old or new surfaces of roof / chajja throughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles etc ., and applying two coats of water based modified polyurethane hybrid elastomeric waterproof membrane 065 -0.7mm wet film thickness per each coat over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Make :- Fosroc ( Nitoproof 600 PF) / BASF (Masterseal 635) / Asian paints (Asian Smart care PU Magnum) / Sika ( Sikalastic 450 h) / Pidilite (Flexi PU2).

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints, fixed to walls , as in rain water pipes including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints, fixed to walls , as in rain water pipes including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks 1000 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I including 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball (Minimum weight 210 gms) and 20mm tank nipple including dismantling of existing water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 but n.exc 1000 ltr of capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of New plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, tile joints, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles as in skirting/dado including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick 1:6 set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles complete all as specifed and as directed.

Treating the joints or junction of tiles with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the existing tiles including mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Treating the duct of floor / Nahani trap of any size or any description with flexible crack bonding waterproof coating and make leakage free including taking out and refixing of trap, grating, etc after necessary testing complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound to sunken portion with proper slope towards outside and finishing cement concrete or brick work surface even and smooth using extra cement including application of 50 micron polythene film and applying two coats of bitumen each coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water water proofing compound

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating of Stainless steel including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Closing bolt holes etc., in old corrugated or plain steel sheets or Aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutters of size up to 20 sqm each and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling , replacement of rusted nut, bolt etc.,removing of bends & making alignment , denting, tension to spring, making smooth functional of rolling shutter and making good disturbed surfaces including preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs helical spring of 60cm long of rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ball bearing of rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs n.exc 2.5cm in length and n.exc 6mm thickness of metal including cleaning and preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed.
