Cutting holes into or through brick walls 25cm thick built in cement mortor superfiscal area exc.400 sq.cm but not exceeding 0.10 sq.m ( for fixing exhuast fan) and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concreate 1:2:4 type b-1 as required to finished the surface with plastering to make suitable for priming painting etc.

Supply & fixing of galvanised wire netting of steel wire 1.40 mm dia and 12 mm mesh to fix over wall on exhaust fan opening opprox. Size 0.50 X 0.50 Mtr for each, with fixed duly on wall properly by metalic fastner or grouting or as directed.

Preparing surface, plastered or unplastered new/undecorated plastered surface free from, dust ,dirt,loose scales etc.touching with primer and supply and apply two coat painting with distember oil emulsion on wall, ceiling etc. all as per specification and as directed.

Supply & fixing of point wiring using PVC sheathed 1.5 sq.mm copper wire in PVC casing & caping for light and fan point controlled by one switch complete with saprate earth wire with connection (PVC sheathed 1.5 sq mm copper wire in green colour for earth connection) as per code of practice for electrical wiring installation 732 -1989 make of wire: Polycab/finolex/Anchor/Havells or equellant.

Supply & fixing of switch 5 Amp. Piano,flush type single pole, one way with ISI mark on it. Make: Anchor/Cona/Standard/Almec or Equileant

Supply & fixing of ceiling rose PVC/Poly Carbonate type Make: Anchor/Cona/Bajaj/HPL/Havell's or equillant with ISI Mark.

Supply & fixing of PVC rectengular or round block for mounting of ceiling rose make: Anchor/Cona/Bajaj/HPL/Havells or equillant with ISI mark.

Supply and fixing PVC rectangular block for mounting, swithes, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep fixed by proper cutting the wall & suitable screw, washer etc.

Supply & fixing of exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50Hz,RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250 mm, including all necessary accessories such as srews, washers, fastners, frame etc. as directed. Exhaust fan motor should be confirm for energy efficient (low consumption type), size of fastener should be suitable keeping in view the vibration of exhaust fan and strength of wall, suitable rubber pad ( if required) to be provided.
