Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts hane been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as speccified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of old damaged Aluminium conductor off sizes from existing over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item no 6.00 above but GI wire/stay wire.

Dismantling / taking down old unserviceable pin/shackle type insulator any type / size.

Dismantling U/S any size of cross arms from pole /structures and fencing post,struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement of LT overhead lines on existing poles with 1100V Grade L.T. Aerial Bunched Cable having three Power Core & One Neutral-Cum-Messenger Core of stranded compacted circular Aluminium Black coloured XLPE insulated & Core identification by ridges, one, two and three & four respectively. One Street Lighting Core of stranded, compacted Circular Aluminium Conductor, (Ph.Wire + St.Light Wire + Messenger-Cum-Neutral Wire (3x95 sqmm + 1x16 sqmm + 1x70 sqmm). Messenger-Cum Neutral Wire should be of stranded compacted Circular Aluminium Alloy Conductor conforming to IS 8130/1984, IS-398(Part-IV)/1979 and IS-14255/1995 with upto date amendments, if any including accessories required for hanging and existing connections ie. Anchor Clamp (3-Bolt and 2 Bolt Type), Eye hook with Suspension Clamp Assembly, Pole Clamps, Insulation Piercing Connectors with cover or P.G.Connectors with insulation cover, Water Proof pre-insulated Hexagonal Compression Connectors & Lugs etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for GI wire 4mm dia as continuous earth wire, guarding and craddles to OH line including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for pin type porcelain vitreous insulator 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including galvanised mild steel spindle, one nut and two washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white,brown and green of size 75 mm heaight and 90 mm dia incl galvanised MS straps 31x3 mm size ,washers,insulator bolt 12 mm dia and nut for working pressure 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for work as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for PVC moulded LT Line separator suitable for 4 lines OH system all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and laying of LT UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing completeall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.) (ii) Each work if required shall be measured and paid separately).
