Supply ,Conveyance,Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of 750 KVA DG set with AMF panel and as per the technical details given below

AVR - AVR shall be provided with a motorised or solid state potentiometer i.IP rating of enclosure - IP 23 j. Wave from distortion - No load<1.5%, non-distorting balanced linear load<5% k.Telephone interference factor - Better than 50 l.Total harmonic factor - Better than 2% The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery

vii)Fuel tank Integral type fuel tank of capacity not less than 700 litres/as per manufactures standards.

viii)Battery Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufactures requirements

x)Acoustic enclosure a,The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company firm where the DG set delivered)acoustic enclosure to meet the stringent MOEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA@ 1m at 75% load under free field conditions b.Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. c.Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50ºC enclosure temperature. d. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environments e.Hardwares used shall be of only stainless steel make f.Insulation material shall confirm to IS 8183 specifications

xii)Installation It shall be installed in the pre-constructed concrete bed complying to relevant IS standards, IE rules and as per the direction of the official

xiv)Warranty The Dg set shall be guaranteed for three year from the date of commissioning from any defects in manufacturing. Any of the spares/components which are found to be defective during this period shall be replaced immediately at free of cost.

Supply and providing cladding for the 200 mm dia / nearest size exhaust pipe of the 750 KVA DG set by wrapping 50 mm mineral wool around the pipe, fixing it firmly with in the pipe using chicken mesh, applying over all coating to the system using 0.40mm thick aluminium sheet and make it air tight to ensure sound and thermal proof to the system

Supply of HSD for testing of the DG set including loading at the fuel pump, conveyance, unloading at site, filling in the tank etc.

Supply and providing the following sizes of B class MS pipe conforming to relevant IS specifications complete with heavy gauge specials such as bends, flanges etc welded and fixed at appropriate locations, providing cork sheet in between the flanges at the joints, bolting the flanges together, painting the pipe, flange etc with 2 coats of heat resistant paint suitable for outdoor applications, fixing the pipe firmly with fabricated structure/ wall/ any other mechanical support etc as required.

Supply and wiring points according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC ivory conduit of minimum size 20 mm conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 and with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988, fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50 cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00 sq mm PVC insulated stranded single core FR copper conductor cable 650V grade,including providing switch board main ,and continuous earthing with 2 mm dia bare copper wire, required qty of copper earth socket, brass bolt and nut crimping etc complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white) etc. up to and including 6 A modular typeROHS compliant SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc. complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DB's shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required.

Supply,Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired light fitting of all types complete with all accessories and fluorescent lamps etc. directly on wall using 2 nos. flat iron brackets made from 25x6mm flat iron, painting the flat iron bracket and giving connections with required length of 16/0.20mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and giving connection etc. as required.

Supply and providing 20W, 1200mm indoor type LED fitting cool day light with metal body aesthetically appearing, lumen efficiency >100 lumen/W with PF >0.98 & THD <10%

Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 2.00 mm CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments should be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. including control wiring

Supply and providing the following size of SMC sheets in the panel as barriers & shrouding using required bolts and nuts including cutting to shape etc., as required.

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and installation of base frame for floor mounting type panel board using channel of class designation ISMC 75 including cutting, welding, drilling holes, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, bolting the frame to the panel and to the finished floor using required bolt and nuts, making good the damages etc. as required.

Fabrication, supply & fixing main bus bar system and interconnections with electrolytic grade copper strips/ rigid conductors conforming to IS 1867 (with latest amendments) for bus bar arrangement with single strip per phase supported on finger type bus bar supports of adequate size, spacing between supports not exceeding 50 cm & overhang not exceeding 5 cm including bending to shape, drilling holes, tinning the points of contacts, fixing heat shrinkable PVC sleeves, plated bolts and nuts with plate washers and spring washers, copper sockets for round conductors, etc., as required.
