EARTHWORK

Earthwork Excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means for Pile cap and plinth beam( including shoring and strutting where necessary, dressing the bottom of excavation in slope and level, back-filling and ramming the soil around Pile cap, trenches etc. as specified.

Back Filling excavated earth (excluding rock), loading, unloading, compacting using roller etc. screening, watering, ramming and consolidating in layers of 20 cms , filling into the existing floor as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying in position machine mixed, machine vibrated and design mix cement concrete M30 grade for 600mm dia DMC pile. including pumping of concrete to the site of laying, necessaryl load test, rock anchoring and cutting & removal of lattice layer of concrete, excluding reinforcement.

Supply, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar reinforcement as shown in structural drawing :- Straightening, cutting, bending, placing, binding and fixing, including cost of all materials, supplying and fixing , labour etc. for pile, pile cap, grade beam and pedestal.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days at all depths below grade beam level in bases for pile cap, grade beams, etc. as shown in drawing including cost of centering and shuttering, curing cost of materials all materials and labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete M30 grade for pile cap.including pumping of concrete to site of laying, excluding reinforcement.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete M25 grade for grade beam. including pumping of concrete to site of laying, excluding reinforcement as shown in structural drawing

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete M25 grade for pedestal including pumping of concrete to site of laying excluding reinforcement.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK

Supply, fabricating & fixing of pre-engineered built-up member (made from plate of E350, grade A as per IS 2062) sections, including supply,fabrication,transportation, hoisting & erection, hiring crane etc. for main structure(kg) ,painting with one coat epoxy primer, 2 epoxy finish coat (dark grey color), each coat having minimum 70 microns.

Supply & fixing of secondary member consist of Z PURLINS of Cold formed steel,made from steel sheets confirming to ASTM A653M SS340, 34.0 KN/CM2 including the cost of fabrication, transportation , hoisting and erection, hiring crane etc. for roof.

Supply & fixing of MS anchor bolts of ASTM36M, Fy-25, Fu 40KN/cm2, E250 with Galvanized with Nut and Washer as specified by ASTM. Cost should inclde transportation, preparation of templates, fixing them with proper alignment , taking as-built meansurements and the same should be co-ordinated in the structural steel fabrication.

Supply & fixing of MS rods as bracing as per structural drawings, E250 Type A 41 KN/cm2, IS2062:2006, Fu 41.0 kN/cm2 as wall & roof brace rods including connection bolts, painting with one coat epoxy primer, 2 epoxy finish coat (dark grey color), each coat having minimum 70 microns.

Supply & fixing of flange brace(40x40x4mm) of E250 Type A 41 KN/cm2, IS 2062, Fu 41.0 kN/cm2 including the cost of transportation, painting with one coat epoxy primer, 2 epoxy finish coat (dark grey color), each coat having minimum 70 microns.

Supply & fixing of 6mm thick mild steel chequered plate, IS 3052:2009, Fixed over joists, steps etc. Cost shall include transportation, erection, hiring crane including all necessary tools and fixing accessories, painting with one coat epoxy primer, 2 epoxy finish coat (dark grey color), each coat having minimum 70 microns.

Supply & fixing of 0.5 mm thick Galvalume sheet for roof and ridge panel including the cost of screws and other accessories including cost of transporation, erection, hiring crane etc.

Supply & installation of 200mm wide, UPVC Rain water gutters including clamps & other accessories etc.
