S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (ISI Marked) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed (Make- JSW , SAIL, TATA BLUE)

Supply and fixing for powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Powder coated anodized aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Powder coated anodized aluminium windows and ventilator shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, locking arrangement etc complete all as specified.

S&F for sheet glass 5.50 mm thick tinted quality and glazing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 12 mm thick Particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive fixed in Aluminium doors complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or Sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in slab supported on walls , beams and columns in roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending pirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Disamantling of timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed

S & F for Structural rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed), purlins crane gantries, rail and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc of FE 290(Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but exclauding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F for Framed works such as grills , gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or / riveted , or forged into spikes , framed guard bars , barred iron doors framed balusters , Railing and similar work conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails braces ect complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering rails and guides) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any descriptions or thickness in floors , aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base, for un-dulation floor surface and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as spd and directed

M & L for pre- polished granite slab machine cut of any shade as approved by GE of 15 to 20 mm thick including necessary notching, chamfering the edges over cement screed bed including Cutting, Grinding and Mirror polishing(Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones complete including 20mm thick in CM 1:6 all as 'specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and incl making good of all disturbed/daimage surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix for GI tubing for 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Re-Fixing only GI tubing medium 15 mm bore with all fittings to wall /ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

S & F for drainage board made of stainless steel kitchen sink 1.00 mm thick (ISI Marked) for kitchen with plugs, washer and waste 32/40mm dia incl bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever cast iron brackets and connecting union to waste pipe overall all size 915mmx460mm bowl size 410x330x160mm complete all as specified directed. (Make- Nirali/Diamond)

S & F in replacement 15 mm bore bib taps with wall flange fancy type chromium plated cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified and directed .Make : JAQUAR/ MARC / ZOLOTOV.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 35 here in above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for RR walling uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings through walls for door, windows and other opeinings or enlargin existing openings etc or cutting out defective masonry for under pinning including providing fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking stone and removing surplus to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of Arcylic emulsion paints (Apex ultima / Weathercoat All Guard ) Over a coat of suitable primer and 3 mm JK / Birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of distemper acrylic emulsion over a coat of 3 mm thick JK/Birla Wall putty complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of arcylic emulsion paints (Apex Ultima / Weathercoat All Guard) Over a coat of suitable primer and 2 to 2.5 mm thick JK / Birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of wall & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 1.5 mm to 2 mm thick JK/Birla Wall putty complete all as specified and directed

S & F for Aluminium alloy wire cloth ,0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth , wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing ) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x350x7 mm thick superior finish B III grade on vertical surface such as skirtings/dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and incl.10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified.
