Material & labour for cleaning/clearing of blocked under ground sewage lines at any depth, dia upto and including 200mm, any description and in any position, by hydraulic jet pressure water pipe with compressor and sewage sludge pumps mounted on truck, from one manhole to next manhole and washing throughout with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed
Provision of labour for bailing out the water from the Static Water Tank (SWT) of dia exceeding 3.0 metre but not exceeding 9.0 metre and depth not exceeding 3 metre and carrying out, cleaning, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc from the walls and floor of Static Water Tank by scraping with the scrapers or iron wired brushes or by mechanical means and taking out liquid and sludge, solid contents from Static Water Tank (SWT) either manually or by mechanical pumping method and making the Static Water Tank (SWT) fully cleaned with clean water and make Static Water Tank (SWT) functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including removing and disposing off properly the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Bote :- Any type of scaffolding, T&P, pumps required for cleaning of Static Water Tank (SWT) shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted for this item includes the same.

Material & labour 160 mm internal dia foam core UPVC self fit SN4 laid in trenches jointed with jointing compound complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing mild steel angle iron (Fe-310) as in posts, struts,flat iron (for securing wire mess etc) in fencing including cutting top to shape required, drilling holes, notching for wire, erect & fixed in true position etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fixing in repairs chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Actual Weight of the chain link fencing to be measured by the BOO.

Supply & fixing in repairs mild steel galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) and fix to angle iron with 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Weight of concertina coil shall be assessed by BOO as detailed by GE.
Material & labour for stone dust for bed cushioing of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beching with using pigment in cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant , matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300x300mm and 10 to 12 mm thick of each tiles in parking /hardstanding etc set , jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all specified and directed
Material & labour for factory made Machine pressed precast interlocking tiles/paver , 60mm thick, coloured , glossy finish of M-35 grade concrete of design & pattern as approved by GE, & laid dry with different colours of tiles as directed in footpath /hard standing etc and filling of joints with fine sand complete all speciified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for factory made Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking tiles /paver block 80 mm thickness, coloured , glossy finish of M-40 Grade concrete any shape and size as approved by GE and laid dry with different colours of tiles in footpath/hard standing etc and filling of joints with fine sand complete all speciified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
