M&L for dismantling old unserviceable steel overhead water tank of capacity 10000 gallons including all cutting, disbanding, breaking, etc. with suitable T&P and all lifting, lowering, etc. from elevated staging and disposing off including all loading, unloading, cartage, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for modifications, additions, alterations, etc. to existing MS staging/base for water tank with ISMB 200 and ISMC 100 with all necessary cutting to shape/size as required including all welding, drilling, bolting, fabrication, etc. as per approved drawings complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, fixing and testing on installation sluice valve, 150mm dia, cast iron body class PN 1.6, conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked, both ends flanged with brass spindle and brass check nuts with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insulation sheet 3mm thick, bolts, nuts and fixed to pipe line including taking out and disposing off old unserviceable valves from any location / position complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, fixing, fabrication, installation and testing sheet moulding compound (SMC) GRP water tank of size 5x4x2m, conforming to IS:14399-1996 of capacity 40,000litres including all necassary cutting to shape/size as required including all welding, drilling, bolting, fabrication, etc. on existing staging/platform, as per approved drawings, all materials conforming to IS: 4249-1967 and as detailed hereinafter complete all as specified and as directed SMC Panels (a) Bottom panel 1x1m convex shape in grid as per requirement and approved drawing (b) Drain and outlet panels 1x1m as per requirement and approved drawing (c) Side panel 1x1m in 1x0.5m grid (d) Ceiling/roofing panel 1x1m textured anti-skid type (e) Manhole panel 1x1m with lockable lid of dia 700mm in grid Special accessories / fitments: (a) Corner frame - HDG steel vertical corner angle (b) Sealing tape - Non toxic 3mm thick with high level of resistance to ageing and superior recovery from compression (Make-Norseal of Ms Saint Gobain or equivalent as approved) (c) Steel bolts - HDG steel nuts and bolts 8.8 grade M-12x40mm (d) Air vent- Mosquito & insect proof mesh air vent -100mm dia

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections from any location / position, sorting, stacking serviceable tubings for reuse, and disposing off unserviceable tubing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed for the following bores of pipes:

Taking up/down old rusted / unserviceable CI water main pipes with spigot and socketed / flanged ends with all fittings including burning out lead joints and recovering lead, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes:

Supplying, fixing / laying steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with screwed and socketed joints, in any length, including supply and fixing all fittings viz. bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions, flange, etc. ISI marked conforming to IS -1239 and fixed to walls or laid in floors / trenches for water connections including all necessary welding, etc. as required at site complete all as specified and as directed for the following bores:

S&F DI pipe of 150mm dia with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast (spun), class K-9 in any length laid in trenches/wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting into existing GI water pipes 40 to 50mm bore in position and any location for insertion of tees, tail piece, collars, branch pipes, reducers, etc. at any required length or for additions / alterations, complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (a) Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items herein (b) Both sides cut shall be measured as one unit

M&L for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20 mm dia , complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for ductile iron specials / fittings like bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps, plug, etc. upto and including 150mm bore complete all as specified and as as directed Note: Lead joint, excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve of 50mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, heavy duty, including necessary cutting into existing pipe, threading, inserting new piece of GI pipe of existing size, and earthwork in any type of soil or breaking/cutting into road/interlocking tiles/cement concrete, etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces including taking out and disposing off old unserviceable valves complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Cast iron air release valve of 100mm dia, double orifice flange, PN 1.0, with two air outlets of 100mm dia and fixing up in water supply mains, one end flanged and drilled with holes for bolts and nuts, etc. with flanged joints with rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts and washer, etc. including taking out and disposing off old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil including spreading in low lying area and leveling complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including all necessary formwork surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&Lplastering 15mm thick, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masinry/ walls / concrete surfaces, etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of existing unserviceable and rusted MS clamps, angle, MS flat iron, nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS clamps, angle,MS flat iron and nuts , bolts and washer including necessary welding works , complete all as specified and as directed.
