Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.(Including dewatering)

Precast concrete block masonry (including quion blocks,jamp blocks,closer etc.)with solid concrete blocks of approved size made of cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate40mm and down gauge) foundation and plinth upto floor to level

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1Cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick with angle iron in frame 30*30* 5 mm so as give a rough finished including centring ,shuttring , strutting and proping etc. height or proping etc. height or proping and centring below supporting floor to celling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in ,including all leads ,lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M30 but not less than 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5sand:3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in walls including attached buttresses, pilaster of their caps & bases and their caps and bases and string courses etc upto floor two level in all height and depth. including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in polsition complete upto floor two lelvel including all leads, and carriage ofmaterial at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.including cost of binding .

Laying in trenches GMS/MS Tube 100 mm dia (Medium class) horizontalally slotted pipe i/c flanged joint as per MS flange of table-5 conforming to IS 6392-1971 complete in all respect as per entiresatisfaction of Engineer in charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for sepratally)

Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum,Shingles, Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds,disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying,jointing,testing & commissioning in trenches following dia socketted galvanised mild steel tube of various dia of light grade as under confirming to BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of with standing required test pressure as BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr.The pipe ends shall be socketted,Tees & bends shall be manufactured from parent pipe etc and cutting of pipes whereever required as per stie requirement as per site conditions i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer-Incharge.(Earth work shall be measured paid for separately).
