BIENNIAL MAINTENANCE OF GARDENING INSIDE PLANT AREA AT BKTPP.

Deployment of semiskilled manpower for maintenance of gardens within Plant area.(Payment mode-The then prevailing basis wages with all applicable benifits ( as given in Estimated Schedule) for the actual attendance of the engaged semi-skilled manpower)

Service charge or overhead or profit for deployment of semiskilled manpower.

Supplying and stacking of good earth (Adequate for horticulture work) at site.

Engagement of tractor for disposal of garbage come out from garden, including full tractor loading at lifting point and unloading full quantity at specific location as per direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Misc. Items not covered by PWD SCHEDULE i.e. flexible pipes, rope for grass cutting machine and some other equipments used for gardening. (N.B.-Payment will be made as per submission of Original Challan/Bill).

Supply of season's flowers, other flower hedge line etc. and requisite quantity of manure, medicines, good quantity of earth, petrol and Mobil oil for departmental Machineries etc as per direction of E.I.C.(Detailing in the Annexure - I).
