Supplying and laying of PE100, PN-6 different dia HDPE pipe as per IS Code-4984/1995 below ground to maximum depth of 3m by Horizontal direction drilling (HDD) & pulling pipes with puller head using & hiring of HDD machine/ micro tunneling machine including design & construction of necessary driving pit, intermediate pit & reciving pit at site. All the necessary action like Drilling then remaing 10", 12". Reamining for HDPE pipe using bentonite & polymer mixture as per requirement along with pipe jointing by Butt Fusion welding hydraulic machine at site. The rate is inclusive of labour and materials, Third party inspection charges, cleaning, removal of soil & dressing etc. all type of necessary charges, contractor's profit required to completethe work in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. Supply and delivery of CIDF sluice valve (Special type) PW-1.00 of different dia make with CI double flanged non rusting spindle sluice valves conforming to IS 14846 -2000 with latest emended having body dome/bonnet and cover of C.I.Gr-F.G 210mtr. spindle of IS-6603 G.R- 12/Gr-13 non-magnetic, nuts seat rings are of Gunonetal as per IS:318 LTB-2 flanges and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI valves are suitable for max. working pressure of 10kg/cm2(seat test) and body tested to 15kg/cm2. N.B: The above item should be procured from the reputed manufactures as per deptt. approved vender list Sluice valve :- i) 100mm dia. (PN10)

Supply of CI/DI sluice valve (80mm dia to 1200mm dia.) for PHE service for mechanical joint / Tyton joints as per current relevant IS Code under New Town Kolkata P.H.E. Dte. Air valve :- i) 100mm dia. (PN10)

Cost of M.S pipe welded pipe in Bare condition as per IS : 3589-2002, Gr- Fe410, per Meter length pf Different diameter and thickness including cost of loading, unloading, and freight charges @1480 KM from factory to delivery at site, excluding GST and Cess. i) 80 mm dia. (8 mm thick)

Lowring MS pipe and Specials in trench upto a depth of 3.0 meter below GL, laying and jointing the same inside the trench / Over ground by means of Granty / Hydra and field joint by means of Electric arc welding using standerd Electrodes per IS specification etc. all complete i) 80 mm dia (internal) (8 mm thick)

Making flange joint to DI/CI pipes, specials and valves where necessary with supply of required rubber insertion and nut bolts, washers etc. of approved qualityand type all complete as per specification and direction of EIC (Nut and bolts shall be of TATA/GKW rate). i) 100 mm dia.

Supply of D.I. ( K-7 & K-9) specials (80mm dia to 1200mm dia) for PHE Services for Mechanical Joints / Tyton joint as per relevent current IS Code with rubber gusket and nut bolts comp. as per instruction of EIC. NB:- Payement on this item will be made after installation,fitting, fixing as per actual execution of specials in the pipe line works. No advance payment on supply will be entertained under any circumstances. a) All socket Tee i) 150x150x100

Making rubber gasket joint to CI/DI pipes maintaining proper alignment level etc. by mechanical arrangement with or without using mobile cranes where necessary and with help of all other equipments tools and tackles etc. as required providing lubricants of approved quality and direction of EIC. (rubber gasket will be supplied deptt. free of cost) a) 100mm dia.

Supplying of rubber gasket made of S.B.R. conforming to IS specifications & bearing ISI mark. Rate inclusive of all taxes and charges including delivery at site, all complete. NB: Payment on this item will be made only on executed quantities of rubber gasket in the pipeline works. No advance payment on mere supply of rubber gasket will be entertained under any circumstances. a) 100mm dia.

M.S. Flange (Slipper type) as per i.s. 6992 (Table 17 thikness 12mm.) a) 150 mm dia (ID)

Wraping coating on outer diameter of MS pipe and specials

Bailing out water by pump including all leads lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered an rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire charges of JCB for shifting of earth.

Extra Plumber in case of specials repair, dismanteling of flange joint etc. as for direction of E.I.C.

Making barricading for protecting the trench to aviod any accident including making arrangement of road light during the night.

(A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.
