Supply of Pamphlet and Speed restriction

(i)Firm should quote the specific Make / Brand in single offer not Multi Make / Brand. If any offer is received with multi- brand offer may be rejected. Firm should follow and comply with the specification s attached with this tender. (ii) Firm should upload past experience for supplying this item/similar item i.e (CRN,R-Note and PO copy) to any shed/depot of Indian Railways.

Only OEM or their authorised dealers to quote with valid authorization certificate of OEM otherwise offer will be ignored and OEM Authorization certificate to be uploaded along with offer.

Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid and tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency ( as the case may be ) at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer liable to rejected.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection to be done by Consignee end after receipt of materials.

GC/WC: As per IRS terms and condition must be submitted.

GST compliant-All the bidders and tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/ rate is as per GST Law. Firm should quote their valid GST rate in the column and should produce their GST registration number. If Firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded document, the purchaser may, at his discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

L.D Clause :- For delayed supplies, recovery of liquidated damage (LD) shall be levied at the (0.5%) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contract is 10%(Ten percent ) of the value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specially in the contract.

Packing - As per IRS/OEM

Delivery : By Road to SSE/IC/ TRS/ RHA RANAGHAT.

F.O.R. : Free at Destination.

Marking: Manufacturer's identification mark along with month and year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or on boxes/cartons as per drawing/ specification as per feasibility as the case may be.

IF FIRM QUOTES ANY DEVIATION IN ANY UPLOADED DOCUMENT, THE PURCHASER MAY, AT HIS DISCRETION, IGNORE ANY SUCH DEVIATION WHILE ISSUING THE CONTRACT.

Submission of Manufacturer's test and guarantee certificate along with supply.
