Demolishing of brick in cement mortar work (manually / by mechanical means) at all level, stacking of serviceable materials to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing P.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means at all level including disposal of material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc complete as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means at all level by providing and installation of scaffolding including stacking of steel bars to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means at all level by providing and installation of scaffolding including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling chemical resistant Brick work of all thickness in floors and walls at all level laid in chemical resistant mortar and bed including providing and installation of scaffolding, stacking servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing all tools, tackels, material, manpower, machinary for safely removal of 8"/10" PP Valve from the position at all level by making all necessary arrangements including depositing of removed valves to the departmental store with all lead and lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Excavation work in all kind of soils/ backfilling by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means at all depth including shoring, strutting, dewatering if requires, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, with all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils to disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km, filling excavated earth as directed by EIC in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Since the work is to be carried out below surrounding ground levels, contractor has to make all necessary arrangements for dewatering through out the work so that work can be carried out in smoothly manner, quoted rate should be inclusive of this as nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cum for reinforced cement concrete in all work i.e. Beam, Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pedestals, walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. at all level including providing and installation scaffolding; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including transportation of concrete to site of laying, consolidation, finishing, cover blocks, thermacoal packing for any opening, foundation bolt surrounding, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: Extra cement content in design mix more than the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Noting Extra will be paid on this account from the department.

Providing, mixing and applying Epoxy Bonding adhesive of Dr. fixit/Fosroc/Sika make having coverage @ 2.2 kg/sqm or as per manufacturer's specifications of surface area by chipping the portion of Plaster/RCC at all level including providing and installation of scaffolding etc. complete as per the manufacturer specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR or more of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels by providing and installation of Scaffolding for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Centering and shuttering at all level including providing and installation of scaffolding, strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for following structures as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached retaining wall, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's at all level including providing and installation of scaffolding on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect plaster surface from various acids, alkalies, as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Acid and Alkali proof brick lining on horizontal & verticle surfaces after surface preparation with brick of size 230x115x75 mm, Class 1 as per IS 4860 laid by providing one coat of bitumen primer as per IS 4443, laying 10-12 mm thick layer of bitumen mastic over the primer as per IS 9510, laying 6-8 mm thick layer of Furane mortar as per IS 4443-1980 or latest and furane based pointing to the joints, at all level including providing and installation of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers recommendations and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Acid and Alkali proof brick lining work will be carried out by well experienced team only, They will be allowed to work at site only after found technically qualified for the work by EIC.)

Providing and laying Acid/Alkali Resistant tiles with H&R Jhonson Endura tiles in 300X300mmx20 mm size or equivalent approved make, in required colours and shades, using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding (as per manufacturer specification) of minimum 10mm thickness or as required to match the slope, whichever is more), and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, including complete surface preparation, acid and/or alkali resisting cement for slurry over bed @ 3.3kg per sqm, filling/grouting and finishing etc. complete as per as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing brick masonry (With burnt clay brick class designation 7.5) in cement mortar 1:4 at all level including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower, machinary for safe Installation of 8"/10” PP Ball valve including providing and fixing new gaskets, nut bolts of SS 304, HDPE slip on flanges as required for installation of the valve complete to make the leak tight connection in all respect. It includes any type of pipe flange or pipe end cutting/welding/repair requirements that persist for installation of valve etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Note: PP valve required for installation will be provided by the department, however contractor has to make arrangements for fetching the material at work site)

Providing & Laying Plain cement concrete of Grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) for all work at all level including compaction, curing and cost of form work etc. complete as per the drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of 8" and 10" NB (PE 63 PN 10 DN 160) size acid resistant HDPE pipe as per the existing arrangements to the required slope including cutting, welding the same, providing all the required HDPE specials (Flange ended, bend, T-Connection including HDPE flange etc) with all tools, tackles, nut-bolts, material and manpower required to complete the job as per the specification and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The measurement shall be taken along the centre line of pipes including fittings or specials, no additional payment will be made for fittings.

Providing and stacking Furane based pointing material with resin IS 4443-1980 or latest etc. complete to the departmental store as required for pointing of old existing acid resitant brick lining structure complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.
