Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work, jumper work,saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 Cm. layers when required into plinths,side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting, timbering where ever required as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Cast Iron Non Return valve of 65 mm dia, Flange table-17, PN-1.6 swing type with Nitrile Rubber Flap, Flanged Ends to IS-1538 of Leader/ BHEL/ Kirlosker/ Kilburn/ GLEd/ Fourses make or any other JSV approved make and one step higher then delivery line of pump and capable of withstanding normal seat pressure as per BIS standards with upto date ammendments) complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing of Non clog Submersible KRT K Raw, Water Pump Set confirming to ISO 9906 Suitable To Handle Handle turbidity Upto 6000 PPM of KSB/ Kirloskar/ Sabar/ Jhonston/ Chromton/ Kalma make instead of clear water pump conforming to BIS: 8034 for 100 PPM or latest suitable for lifting water (Latest with up to date ammedments) fitted with bronze impeller / suitable alloy. The Pump Should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze / suitable alloy Directly Coupled To Squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacturer standared) Conforming to BIS: 9283/ 1979 (Latest With Up to date ammendments) totaly water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermidiate casing with double mechenical seal in oil chamber, greased packed lubricating bearing and provided with stainless steel Thrust bearing Plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum bear and tear.
