REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN ELECTRIC WIRING FITTINGS AND FIXTURES IN OTM ACCN AT MIL STN RAIWALA

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking into credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC unsheathed, fire resistance, stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ) single core cable in and including concealed wiring incl PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, 20 mm or higher dia complete with all accessories/fittings and sunkan MS boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glassy surface sheet cover concealed in wall with brass screws & washers including unsheathed single core PVC insulated cable green in colour 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified & directed for the following.

(a) One light point controlled by one no of one way switch

(b) One Ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan point controlled by one no of one way switch

(d) One switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board

(e) One socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board

(f ) One light point controlled by two nos of two way switch

All as per Item No 2 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity conductor for one switch socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board all as directed.

All as per Item No 2 here-in- before but with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor with 4.0 sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor for power Socket on independent board on the existing/new PVC surface conduit all as directed.

M&L for taking out point wiring including fittings and fixtures, switches, sockets, ceiling rose, light fittings boards etc from the concealed conduit and providing point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through the existing non metallic rigid PVC/ steel conduit and accessories concealed in walls/ceilings including 1.5 Sqmm dia multistranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, including 1.22 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable thickness, 3mm thick laminated sheet cover to house switch/regulators etc all as specified and directed.

(a) One fan/light /bell point controlled by one switch/bell push

(b) One switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board

All as per Item No 5 here-in- before but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable for switch socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size

S & F Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16 A, single pole 250 V, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts drawn in to and including stove enamelled steel concealed conduit ISI marked of suitable size including its accessories such as tee, bend, elbow, socket and chiselling in wall complete and also making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting the distrubed wall to match with the existing surfaces and also including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 V grade as earth wire for housing flame proof socket, regulator, switches etc complete including necessary FLP-WP multiple entry junction box of suitable size , FLP flexible metalic hose conduit and compressing cables with glands of flameproof double compression cable glands brass of suitable size and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following:-

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures with metal socket and plug top Single pole andneutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 10 Amps all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amps flush type with fuse & neon lamp indicator, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite with three terminals complete including taking down rusted metal box and necessary platering work and finish with existing wall paint all as specified and directed.

S& F double door sheet metail enclosure for DB , 4 way , TPN, with 200 Amps bus bar , 415 Volts suitable for housing MCBs and isolator and making good for disturbed surface with existing etc complete all as specified & directed.

PVC multi standard copper conductor FRLS cable in green colour for continious earthing including chislling/cutting of wall, floor, making hole through wall & making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/ceiling to match with existing surface including taking down old unserviceable/burnt wiring of any type or size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..Note: Two single core cable, earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

M & L for earthing complete in repairs with galvansihed steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.20 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 4.0 mm dia galvansihed earth lead wire by means of nuts bolts check nuts and GI washers including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 RCC cover 20 mm dia (medium grade) GI watering pipe with funnel wire mesh and protection pipe of GI of suitbale size upto 7.5 mtr length including charcoal black cotton soil as required at site to achieve the earthing result and common salt, excavation earth work etc in any type of starta complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 as specified, GI wire suitable size and length for continuity earth wire from test point to main distribution Board and all as directed. (Note: (i) Rate for achieving required depth by compressor machine if required is deemed included in item unit rate. (ii) After earthing contractor should test the earth value and submit register for earth resistance result to Engr-in-Charge. )

Taking down defective DBs existing at site S & F Vertical TPN DB IP-43 double metal door 4 way CRCA Sheet steel, RAL 9003, powder coated provided with insulated vertical phase bus bars, neutral bars with shroud earth bar sticking saddles, cement spill protector color coded interconnecting wire set cable ties blanking plates and circuit identification labels with provision for MCCB As incomer and SP/TP MCBs as outgoings suitable for 4 pole MCCB of 32 to 63 Amps as incomer. (MCCBs and MCB measured and paid separately) Make: Hager/L &T/Schneider

Supply and fix New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED Street light 30 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC Cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07, PF 0.95 with suitable dia of GI bracket with required clamps, nut, bolt etc fixing on existing wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrge.
