Company incorporation certificate and Memorandum of Articles and Association in respect of registered private limited company, Partnership deed Form A & Form C obtained from concerned Registrars of Firms in respect of registered partnership firms and Proprietorship concerns registration certificate registered obtained from competent licensing Authorities

Copy of Registration Certificate with Employees Provident Fund Organization

Copy of Registration Certificate with Employees State Insurance Corporation

Copy of Registration Certificate with Goods and Service Taxes from Commercial tax Department

Copy of Registration Certificate with Labour Department and Currency of the Registration shall be in force

Copy of PAN CARD of Bidder (in the name of Registered Private Limited Company/Registered Partnership Firms/ Proprietorship).
