Taking down old unserviceable 100mm bore, CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 150mm bore, CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 200mm bore, CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in replacement of cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia with flanged ends class PN-1.6 with iron wheel, stainless steel spindle and check nut confirming to IS :780 including all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc. complete all as specified & directed .

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

S&F in replacement of 150mm bore, cast iron, reflux valve (non return valve) with flanged ended with rubber gasket and nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Ductile Iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, suitable for tyton joints, class K-9 laid in trenches, or under floors or fixed to walls, for following sizes are as under.

(a) 200mm bore

(b) 150mm bore

(c) 100mm bore

Supply of calcium based, calcium hypo cloride,white to off white free flowing granular chlorination chemical having 65%-70% chlorine content, (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment drinking water ) complete all as specified and directed Make:- SREE RAYALASEEMA/ Declibac technologies Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent as approved by GE.

Repairs / rewinding of centrifugal motor of cap 3 HP 3Phase, 415 Volt, by removing burnt winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with same as existing turn & gauge to achieve desired including replacement of bearings complete and couple with the existing pump and testing complete as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Terminal plate cover made of CI terminal plate for 60/120 HP centrifugal motor ,best quality including dismantling/taking out of unserviceable terminal plate of any make and type complete all as specified and directed

Attended the complaint of Star delta starter any type /make capacity 60 HP including replacement of U/S parts sch as over load relay/contracter/single phase preventer and wiring as required to made the starter serviceable condition (Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly )

Replacement of Sparekit unit for ML-4 contactor 66-110 Amps complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Over load relay for ML-4 contactor of relay range 66-110 Amps complete fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Timer switch unit star- delta starter 60 HP

M&L for Electronic motor protection relay to protect the motor against over load phase loss, phase unbalance, phase reversal and stalling in single compact unit with field sutaible time and current rating, suitable for 20 to 60 HP motors

DOL starter suitable for 3 HP to 7.5 HP electric motor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s including dismantling/taking out of unserviceable starter of any make and type complete all as specified and directed

M&L for DI Specials and fittinng as per IS for spigot and socketed DI pipes for water mains, branches, links such as bends(any type), reducers and angles, tappers any type, bends increasing/ decreasing or double sockets etc. Tee pieces, single branches, double branches (all socket and spigots) collers, cap and plug suitable for pipelines upto 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Semi UG sumps by scraping the inner walls of sumps & cleaning with wire brush , taking out all dirt , scales etc and white washing the wall with two coats of lime after cleaning walls from inside by chlorine for disinfection including writing on UG Sump on black painted background with white paint the date of cleaning all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge or the capacities:-

a) 100000 Glns

b) 300000 Glns

Cleaning of Over head reservoirs of capacity 40,000 gallon 18 Mtr staging by scraping the inner walls of OHR & cleaning with wire brush, taking out all dirt, scales etc and white washing the wall with two coats of lime after cleaning walls from inside by chlorine for disinfection and including writing on tank on black painted background with white paint the date of cleaning all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge for the capacities:-

S&F in replacement of column pipe made out of GI heavy grade size 100mm bore of 3 Mtr length each, in single piece, having MS flanges welded to both ends and including rubber gasket 5mm thick with bolt nut/washers of appropirate size/length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of column pipe made out of GI heavy grade size 80mm bore of 3 Mtr length each, in single piece, having MS flanges welded to both ends and including rubber gasket 5mm thick with bolt nut/washers of appropirate size/length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lifting of UNSV submersible pump and motor (20 HP to 45 HP) complete set along with column pipe, safety rope and cable Approx 100 mtr depth with the help of employing chain pulley block and other T&P items all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Lowering of submersible pump and motor (20 HP to 45 HP capacity) into 100 mtr deep bore well after connecting the cable and water proof cable joint and replacing of rubber gasket, nut and bolts and washers and fixing of protection clamp all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for disconecting the submersible electric motor of 45HP from pump set, cutting and taking out the existing burnt out winding wire and re-winding motor with 'F' class PVC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate existing gauge and weight, application of insulating material, varnishing the complete and sealing the motor with water proofing compound and sealing cap including comissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor will be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to authorise workshop and back.

De-assembling the pump set of 45HP, Multistage (7-8) and replacing the following warn out parts by new parts & re-assembling the pump commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed .Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor will be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to authorise workshop and back.
