1. It is mandatory to quote non-zero rate for the above mentioned SOR item failing to which bid shall be rejected on entirely.

2. Rates quoted by bidder shall be inclusive of door delivery up to GEL store, Packing and Forwarding, Loading and Unloading Charges, Freight, Transit Insurance and Third Party Inspection Charges.

3. Commercial Bid evaluation will be done on individual Line item basis.

4. Quantities mentioned above are estimated quantities for the duration of 24 Months. Separate call-out order shall be issued based on actual requirement and payment shall be made against call-out order.
