Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 Square metre, exc 50 mm and n. exc 100mm deep of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to pot holes depth exc 30mm but n. exc 50mm and n.exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads,cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by good by applying tack coat with bituminous cold emulsion at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10, putting premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with 9.8 kg per 10 sqm bitumen grade VG-30, binded with 0.90 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed and sealed with applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous cold emulsion at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be inclusive of supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings

Material and labour for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with 08 to 10 tonne power roller all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base) 150mm (Spread thicknesss) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 08 to 12 tonne mechanical power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Water bound macdam (WBM) 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in 2 layers each layer 75 mm thick with coarse aggregates of granite grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical power roller of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for Water bound macdam (WBM) 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in 2 layers each layer 75 mm thick with coarse aggregates of granite grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical power roller of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity (except material)complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping clean with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous cold emulsion @ 10 Kg/10 SqM all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam 75mm or less consolidated thickness with minimum 4.00% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne mechanical power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping clean with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous cold emulsion @ 5Kg/10 SqM all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-asphaltic concrete 40mm average consolidated thickness with 5.2% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, mixed with shreaded waste plastic as per IRC SP 98-2013 laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne mechanical power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: a) Shreaded Plastic waste conforming to LDPE, HDPE, PET and polyurethene shall be 7% weight of the bitumen. b) The plastic waste should be cleaned and cut into a size between 2.36mm and 600 micron and of maximum size 2.36mm length and 2.0mm width using a shredding machine. c) Mixing of the shredded waste plastic with aggregate and bitumen in the central mixing plant shall be all as specified and conforming to the requirements of IRC SP 98-2013. d) The temperature in central mixing plant shall be maintained as specified in Appx 2 Clause (d) of IRC SP 98-2013.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, speed breakers etc on road/pavements as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic reflective road marking paint of white or golden yellow of approved quality, 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' with indigenous modern propelled road marking machine including ingredients such as blinder, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement of glass beads shall be as per the table No. 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufactures instructions and traffic division agreement. NOTE: Painting line shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath and painting shall be repeated till the desired finish is obtained.

Supply and installation Road Stud (Cat Eye) made of non breakable polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic reflective lense on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition of size 100 x 90 x (16-18)mm, conforming to ASTM standards and fixed with bitumen adhesive BT-69 as per manufactures instructions as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Body of stud shall be dust proof. i.e non dust accumulation on lense and also space shall be built for finger grip.

Supply and installation of Solar Road Stud made of Toughened Aluminium alloy body with 100% water proofing design according to 65, super bright LEDs with 1000 to 1800mcd, size of the stud is 125mm x 125mm x 25mm of shank 65mm of high efficiency, 1 No.1.2 V/1600 MA rechargeable battery, 2.4 V, 0.25-0.30W mono crystalline solar panel, visibility up to 600 meters, Flash frequency is 05 Hz which makes it appear as a glowing line when installed along or across the road complete all asper manufactures instructions as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations, not exceeding 10 Sqm in plan for manholes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Reinforced concrete pipes class NP 2 of bore 300mm with collar laid and jointed all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 300 mm bore with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and as directed

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 10cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position otherwise specially provided for precast slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken stone hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish, reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, and including 50mm thick cushioning of coarse aggregate 12.5mm to 4.75m, laid in pattern as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and refixing the same machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Note: After removing existing interlocking paver block necessary levelling coarse aggregate shall be carried out before laying.

Supply and fix speed breakers of heavy duty tough rubber with high resistance wear & tear property UV stabilized black and yellow combination, high reflective reflectors having size 70mm x 23mm available on both sides in red and yellow colour overall size 500x380x50mm complete all as specified and as directed
