S&F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, factory made, glazed & skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, factory made, 30mm thick, flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panles, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc. 1.5sq.m but not exc. 4sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel window/ventilator including grills of any description, n. exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Aluminium anodised sections for doors/windows/ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete with frames, shutters and grills of size directed by Engineer-in-charge including handles, tower bolts, grills, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Floor door spring, sheet glass, wire cloth, lock, etc shall be measured and paid seperately complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section with length of bolt 200 mm and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
