Material and Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone/PCC blocks work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming, benching as required, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up to 150mm dia drain pipes below ground level (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC at any depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate includes disposal off Unserviceable items/debris/ spoil obtained from demolition, breaking & dismantling by the contractor outside MoD defence land as directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, including all levelling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for concrete bed to drain pipe 150mm dia bore including packing under and complete surrounding pipe with cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate includes disposal off Unserviceable items/debris/ spoil obtained from demolition, breaking & dismantling by the contractor outside MoD defence land as directed.

Material and Labour for First quality Joint Free Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Square Metre over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 7mm thick joint free Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 8mm to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular), double charged, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36sqm, of approved colour in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 22 above but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting’s over 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, 450mm long PVC connecting pipe with brass union on both ends, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 40mm Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 30mm Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, Vitreous China wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 580 x 450mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including 300mm long waste pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made slid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed, decorative PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges painted to match with printed sheet, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium anodised three track sliding window shutter and frame including jointing cleat for fixing frame/chowkhat of window as per JINDAL section code (frame 20831), shutter (20846) including glazing with 4mm thick tinted glass (02 shutters) & SS wire mesh (01 Shutter) necessary fittings, rubber packing, suitable handles, rollers for shutters and locking arrangement etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium Powder coating ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bars aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including glazing with 4mm thick tinted glass necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Anodized aluminium grills of any type aluminium section of any size and fixing with necessary channels and clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping, etc for Water Closet (Indian or European) Nahani/ floor traps, Soil/ waste pipe running on external wall of building and in trenches with fitting bends junction etc., Gully traps, manhole of all description and removing the deposited sludge/ solid/ liquid material, outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting of septic tank any size including cleaning and taking out mud/ sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) from septic tanks by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the Sludge/ Sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Dewatering of Soakage Well any size including cleaning and taking out sludge water from soakage well by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the Sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning & clearing of under-ground sewage line (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes (Sludge/ sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, from upto 150mm dia sewage lines, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and re-fixing inlet and outlet pipe with new tank connection fitting in the same position after cleaning (capacity of tanks exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs) and mark the date of cleaning on the tank with paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
