Repair of ELGI compressor 1(7168) Airend

LUMPSUM value of contract should be quoted Including GST and any taxes & duties levied or to be levied both by Central and State Government authorities from time to time. Bidder should go through the scope of work in tender document and quote LUMPSUM value accordingly. Example: If LUMPSUM value of contract for Repair of ELGI compressor 1(7168) Airend Including GST is 2,00,000, bidder shall enter 200000 in cell M14.

Quotation should be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of Tender opening.

The amount quoted shall remain firm and valid during the entire period of contract. Any increase of DA/ wages to the contract labour shall be absorbed by the contractor themselves during the period of contract.

No other pre conditions along with your offer will be entertained by BHEL.

The bidder shall quote only the lowest possible lumpsum value that can be offered for the intended quantity.

Bidder shall fill only blue cells.

L1 will be decided based on the minimum of “Landed Cost ” to BHEL, [i.e. Total Amount Quoted, BA15 cell ] on ‘SINGLE VENDOR’ basis (the total value basis).

In the course of evaluation, if more than one bidder happens to occupy L1 status, effective L-1 will be decided by soliciting discounts from the respective L-1 bidders. In case more than one bidder happens to occupy the L-1 status even after soliciting discounts, the L-1 bidder shall be decided by a toss/ draw of lots, in the presence of the L-1 bidder(s) or their representatives. Ranking will be done accordingly. BHEL’s decision in such situations shall be final and binding.
