Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (up to all width), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, up to all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Stone filling behind Retaining wall including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specificatioclauses 614, 709, 1204. including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material all lead & lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
