Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, clay, silt, gravel, moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary or disintegrated rock, weathered, fissured/ shattered decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc . including pumping & bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom providing barricading,danger lighting, guarding etc. back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of the surplus excavated soil/rock at specified area for all lead and lifts etc. as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. all complete.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for :i)Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

ii)Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 meters) and planted in position ready for driving: b)Above 2.50 meters upto 3.50 meters long pile

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured): a) Upto 2.5 meters long pile

Providing and laying Rock spoils including transportation by mechanical/ manual means and stocking the material at the site of work and placing in required position in required line, level, slope and section as per approved drawing in tidal condition etc and including all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in charge etc. complete.

Supplying and placing Geofabric filter layer of Nonwoven Geotextile of polypropylene 150gsm with proper line, level and grade as per approved drawing ,confirmimg specification India standard: 1969, american standard for testing of material standard including conveying to site, joining and stitching with proper overlap and laying in tidal condition as directed by the Engineer-in charge etc. complete.

Providing and placing nylon bags filled with 0.15m thk. stone grit of granatic/basaltic (upto10mm size) including transportation by mechanical/manual means and placing in proper line and level as per approved drawing , in tidal condition and including all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in charge etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position granitic/basaltic stones of weight 100-200 kgs (50% of which should be more than 150 kgs) in double layers and hand packing the stones manually or with convinieant methods to pack-up the voids to the extent of 10% of the total volume as per the approved drawing, including material and labour cost of transportation by mechanical/manual meansand stocking the material at the site of work and placing in required position in required line, level, slope and sectionin in tidal condition and including all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in charge etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position pre-casted antisea erosion units in tidal condition cement concrete block of size 0.50x0.50x0.50 as per the approved drawing each of weight-280kgs. of designed mix-M30 grade of concrete to be layed at site of work as per the drawing good for construction including cost of centering , shuttering without any steel reinforcement in required line,level, slope and section in variable tidal condition etc. complete including transportation, lifting, conveying and laying the block by mechanical/manuel means or any other convinient method without damaging the block slowly in predecided position as directed by the Engineer-in charge etc. complete.

Providing and laying not less than 20mm thk. termocol sheet for expansion joints as directed by the Engineer-in charge with all lead and lift etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers, facias and eaves boards upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5 :3 (1cement: 1:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)

Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.)(Confirming to IS 1786 if 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with factory made precaste concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member .
