Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings,bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter,for rough finished surfaces of flat concrete..

Form Work to sides of pillars/ columns square or rectangular ,for rough finished surfaces of flat concrete.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per above item No.26.00 but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, an choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indi cated, complete: push pull or manual type , thickness of laths 1.25 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete, type C1, (1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick, Plain Cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors even and rough finished to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete, type B1, (1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

-ditto- all as per item ser no here-in-before but in skirting/dado or verticle surfaces with back coat of screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on other than fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling in any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete over 3mm thick wall care putty on walls all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3 litre/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

S&F powder coated aluminium anodised three track sliding window shutter and frame including jointing clit for fixing frame/chowkhat of window as per JINDAL section code (frame 20831), shutter (20846) including glazing with 5mm thick tinted glass & Aluminium wire mesh necessary fittings, rubber packing, suitable handles, rollers for shutters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section manufactured by M/s DECO GRILL as per design No DG-104, 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying two coat of anticorrosive paint on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Approved fertile earth filling in floors or pavings, suitable for plantation incl watering maneovering of earth.

Supplying and Planting of avenue trees of approved species as per direction incl excavation of pits of required size and depth in all types of soil and back fill approved back cotton soil after soil treatment with chemical and fertilizer, incorporating manure of approved quality in the proportion of 1:3 (One part of manure & 3 part of soil) manure 200 gm per plant and using pesticides of approved quality etc and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed.
