Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour rough cast plaster 15 mm thick in cement motar 1:4 complete as specified in SSR Part–I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:– firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. up to height of triple storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, washing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Sqm including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces up to height of triple storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0 as in sub base floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for black granite (of any type) tiles 16–18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and including rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations and including making holes for gas pipes or WHB outlet /inlet complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour non–skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirtings /dados of size 300 x 600 x 7 to 8 mm thick or nearest size as required, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but n.exc. 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 9-10mm thick of same description as of floor tiles as in serial item No 19 above but 100 to 150mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Material & Labour machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 22 mm thick ( kota stone shall be cut from size not less than 550mm x 550mm) in skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D–2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B–1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair, water storage tank, 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore and including 20mm bore tank nipple & one 20mm GI union at outlet and including disconnecting & dismantling of water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part–I complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair, water storage tank, 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore and including 20mm bore tank nipple & one 20mm GI union at outlet and including disconnecting & dismantling of water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part–I complete, all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from in side of PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20 mm wide of words and reconnecting and refixing of the tank in position to make it operational, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs 200/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.
