Sand with filling sand from approved sources in layers not exeeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer basement with Sand with watering and ramming with heavy rammers including all water leads, including charges for all operations, incidential, labour charge as per APSS-310

Plain Cement Concrete ( 1 :4:8 ) proportion using 40mm size HBG metal from approved quarry including cost, seigniorage, conveyance of all material from approved source and all labour charges, curing, centering etc. complete for levelling Course Concrete. As per APSS 402

R.R. Masonry in CM ( 1: 6 ) using rough stone approved quarry including cost, seigniorage, conveyance of all material like cement, sand, granite stone water etc to work site from approved source and all labour charges, curing, centering etc. complete

Filling with Carted Gravel in trenches,sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick,watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all peraitonal,incidental ,labour charges,hire charges of T&P etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for fnished item of work(APSS NO.309&310)

V.R.C.C (1:11/2:3) using 20 MM size HBG graded chips with nominal mix SS-5 using necessary quantity and excluding cost and conveyance of steel per cum of concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, seigniorage, curing, centering ( Using Steel) etc., complete as per APSS No.403 with BIS 456-2000 but excluding the cost of steel and its fabrication charges. a)Column Footings

f) Roof slab 120mm thick

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed Bars of Fe 415 Grade of different diametres including cost & conveyance of steel including cost of binding wire and labour charges for fabrication such as cutting, bending and cranking rods, tying grills with binding wire etc complete(.APSS No.501&504).

Ornamental Brick Masonry in C.M(1:5) mix using II nd class bricks well burnt from any kiln, inclusive of brick bots, and madras terrace bricks, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, and curing etc., complete complying of standard specifications and as directed during execution of work for one Cu.m. a) Mandapam upapeetam

Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Screened sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 35 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 901 & 903).

Plastering with CM( 1:3) mix using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand and water and labour, curing, scaffolding, seigniorage charges etc., complete. As per APSS No.904

Plastering with CM( 1:5) mix using 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand and water and labour, curing, scaffolding, seigniorage charges etc., complete. As per APSS No.904

Ornamental Plastering 1" to 1¼" thick base plastering in C.M(1:3) mix 20mm thick and top plastering with C.M (1:3) mix 12mm thick, to bring requred ornamentation inclusive of fine rendering neatly with cemnt, as per drawing including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges and curing etc., complete. To the requried shape ans size as per the approved Drawing and as per silpi Norms - 10 Sq.m a)Mandapam

c) for pothikas

Flooring with Anti-skid granite(block) 18-20mm thick upto 2.43m(for stair case) (i.e. of shades like paradiso / bala flower / copper silk / laka red / lavender blue) with borders and design as per the pattern approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of length not less than 2.43 mts set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) , 20mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement , sand , water , granite slabs etc., to work site and all operational, incidental labour & lift charges, half rounding the edges of treads , polishing charges and seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials, cost of base coat and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work (S.S.701 & special)

Supplying fixing of scaffolding during execution of work including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete a) Upto 20' height

Supply & application of one coat of deco orient base & two coats of acrylic interior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.
