[Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of M.S foot valve of 300mm dia fabricated out of M.S plate, square bars etc by required mechanical operations viz., cutting, bending, tapering, shaping, welding and finishing at Lift Irrigation Schemes Vighbal-I and Achabal-I]: Body: 450mm dia fabricated out of M.S plate of thickness not less than 8mm Flap/Weight plate: fabricated out of M.S plate of thickness 12mm along with leather washer/ rubber highly water resistant and M.S bottom disc plate complete with proper fitting arrangement. Hinge: fabricated out of M.S plate of thickness not less than 16mm with required hinge pin and rocker arm/lever arrangement. Seat: fabricated out of square bar not less than 20mm thick with proper finishing and buffing. Strainer: fabricated out of 10mm thick square bars complete. Top flange: 300mm dia not less than 20mm thick Bottom flanges/ plate: not less than 16mm thick (02 No.). Coating: The foot valve body should be completely coated with anti-corrosive paint. Warranty: One year. The foot valve should be complete leak proof. The equipment should be installed and tested at site complete.
