| 1.01 | शिरूर नगर परिषद अंतर्गत असलेल्या सर्व इमारती/ मालमत्ता मधील सी.सी.टी.व्ही यंत्रणेची प्रत्येक दिवशी पाहणी करून सर्व कॅमेरे चालू असल्याचे खात्री करणे,सर्व कॅमेऱ्याची दिशा व्यवस्थित करणे ,कॅमेरा ची लेंस कापडाने स्वच्छ करणे ,NVR तपासणी करणे,NVR बॉक्स रॅक व स्क्रीन साफसफाई करणे , डेट व टाइम चेक करून सेट करणे , स्टोरेज तपासणी करणे सर्व कॅमेरे पाहण्यासाठी आवश्यक ते सॉफ्टवेअर इन्स्टॉल/अपडेट करणे व इतर तांत्रिक तपासणी करणे व नगरपरिषदेकडून यासंबंधीचे कामे सांगण्यात येतील ती कामे करणे केलेल्या कामाचा मासिक अहवाल संबंधित विभागाकडे सादर करणे. सदर कामा अंतर्गत cctv यंत्रणा २४ तास सुरू ठेवायाची आहे . त्या करिता दिवसातून किमान १ व्हीजीट प्रत्येक साईट ला करणे तसेच सर्व ठिकाणी NVR रेकॉर्डिंग होत आहे याची खात्री करणे. (टीप- जर एखादी तांत्रिक अडचण असेल तर ती Comprehensive AMC निविदा असल्याने छोट्या केबल्स , कनेक्टरस , अडॅप्टर इ. साहित्य स्वत: वापरुन यंत्रणा तात्काळ सुरू करावयाची आहे. त्यासाठी कोणताही खर्च नगरपरिषद देणार नाही याचा विचार करून च दर द्यावेत ) | - | Per Camera Per Month | 1 | - |
| 1.02 | शिरूर नगर परिषदे तर्फे शहरात लावण्यात आलेले 4जी सिम कॅमेरा तसेच सोलार कॅमेरा सी.सी.टी.व्ही यंत्रणेची प्रत्येक दिवशी पाहणी करून सर्व कॅमेरे चालू असल्याचे खात्री करणे,सर्व कॅमेऱ्याची दिशा व्यवस्थित करणे ,कॅमेरा ची लेंस कापडाने स्वच्छ करणे,डेट व टाइम चेक करून सेट करणे , स्टोरेज तपासणी करणे सर्व कॅमेरे पाहण्यासाठी आवश्यक ते सॉफ्टवेअर इन्स्टॉल/अपडेट करणे व इतर तांत्रिक तपासणी करणे व नगरपरिषदेकडून यासंबंधीचे कामे सांगण्यात येतील ती कामे करणे केलेल्या कामाचा मासिक अहवाल संबंधित विभागाकडे सादर करणे.
या मध्ये ( टीप - सदर कामे करण्यासाठी लागणारी यंत्र सामग्री/साधन सामग्री जसे की,शिडी,Hydraulic Ladder, wires/ Cables as per requirement ,Adapter इ. ठेकेदाराने स्व खर्चाने उपलब्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे तसेच मासिक सिम रीचार्ज 2GB Per Month हे ठेकेदारणे स्व खर्चाने उपलब्ध करणे अनिवार्य आहे) याचा विचार करून च दर द्यावेत. | - | Per Camera Per month | 1 | - |
