Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing of surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point all as directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete(1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slabs set in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) Cast-in-Situ in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.(Note:- The unit rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)set in cement mortar 1:4 as in louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:4) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for half brick work in cement mortar (1:4) straight or curved on plan to any radius with locally available Subclass ‘B’ old size best quality bricks all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works, not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1: 1 ½ : 3) type A1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (nominal mix) as in beams, cantilever, lintels over 1.5 m all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm dia and over Mild steel TMT bars, cut to length bend to shape as required including cranking, hooking etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-The unit rate includes for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it. Unit Rate also includes for straightening where reinforcement is supplied in rolls/coils).

All as per item No 14 here in before 5 mm and over upto 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.(Note:-The unit rate includes for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it. Unit Rate also includes for straightening where reinforcement is supplied in rolls/coils).

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint to new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:-The unit rate includes for:- (a) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc.necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (b) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks, etc. (c) Work in patches, and in narrow widths. bands,cornices, pilasters, etc. and cutting in edges to line,where necessary. (d) Spreading and removing coverings to doors,windows, floors, fittings, etc., to protect them from splashes. (e) Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, etc. of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy).

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to 300mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested;in complete with collars all as specified and directed.(Note:-(a) The unit rates for concrete beds to drain pipes cater for the following widths and thickness:-(i)Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes: 10cm for pipe 300mm dia .(ii) Width of bed: Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm.(b) If thicker beds or surrounds are ordered, the thickness of concrete shall be measured and paid seperately.(c) The unit rates include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls. (d) Excavation, refilling, etc., of trenches shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material and labour for 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes (hume pipe) of class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collers as in hume pipe culvert complete, all as specified.

M&L for point wiring for one light point / Fan point controlled by one switch using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core muiltistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS- 694 drawn through in PVC casing caping in suitable size and PVC box for housing to modular switches and using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core muitistaindard copper conductor cable 1100 volts cable as earth wire to connecting as common earth dolly for light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 terminal PVC polycorbonate isolated body complete.

Supply and fix, 5 star rated regular, 33% power saving over conventional ceiling fans aesthetics stylish with metallic body ring and trims ceiling fan, 1200 mm sweep Ivory as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as directed by GE.
