Maintenance works at Vismaya Building Infopark Phase 1

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, base plates etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete:Hot finished seamless type tubes. Note : Rate shall include providing and erecting necessary scaffolding/supports inside the shaft to ensure safe working conditions during the fixing of the framework. Finishing of walls in matching condition after removal of scaffolding/framework shall be included in the scope.

Providing and fixing of heavy-duty FRP grating of 38 mm thickness, having a mesh size of 38 mm x 38 mm (c/c), with an appropriate weight not less than 19 kg/m². Note: The FRP grating sample meeting the above specifications shall be submitted to Infopark for approval prior to procurement.

Supply and fixing of anchor bolt of size 10mm dia with 3 inch length to provide ample support to the sections fixed to the shaft walls

Supply and fixing of SS grating clamp suitable for 38mm thick FRP grating whereever required

Providing and covering with 12mm thick multiwood paneling made out of aluminium box frame using extruded sections of size 50 x 25 mm - 1.5mm thick around the opening with 12 mm thick multiwood on one side of approved shade including forming pattern and details as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall include cost for necessary hardwares and shall include for forming a paneling etc. complete. Actual seen surface area will be measured and paid.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the four sides. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. The frames shall be fixed in existing opening including with dash fasteners/ chemical fasteners of appropriate size ( 3 nos on each vertical member of door chowkhat and 2 nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS : 14856, including fixing to frames, Handles latch with lock (as per site condition) with 2 keys complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) as per manufacturer's specifications including metal putty, appropriate priming coat,cleaning and preparation of surface by scrubbing/grinding/patching etc. complete. On steel work.

Dismantling of tubular/chequered existing shaft platforms at plumbing and AHU shaft and stacking of serviceable materials near to Vismaya chiller plant area and disposal of unnecessary surplus material outside the Infopark campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
