Repair of street lights, high mat light, gate lights, garden lights fixed at height of 8m to 16m with any form of luminaire like street light/ flood light by deploying tradesmen on required basis 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including Sunday and holidays, rectification of fault in distribution feeder/ panel on daily basis, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) T&P/ safety equipments required to carry out the job work will be provided by contractor and rates for the same are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Complaints for main power house (I/c street lights) and the slip shall be deposited back to JE E/M I/c. (iii) Street light spare required for repair of street lights will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED surge protection device having maximum discharge surge current (Imax)- 10kA (8/20 µs), Nominal discharge surge current (In)- 5kA (8/20 µs) and protection level (Up) upto 5KV upto 200 watt security light/ flood light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of energy saving LED street light 60 watt capacity high pressure die cast aluminium housing with seal toughened glass cover, light source should be multi LED SMD array with individual secondary lenses, colour temperature 6000K, 500(±) system efficiency should be minimum 100 lumen/ watt and minimum system lumen package of 6000 lumen as LM 79 operating voltage range 120-180 volts IP-66 THD less than 10%, surge protection minimum 5 KV with flash indication, driver should be potted/ CE certified/ R certified and driver efficiency 85% including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 6sqmm flat twin core heavy duty cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying in trenches/ passing through tubing/ pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ ducts etc., jointing and testing, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, LT electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3½ core, including both sides connection with and including cable lugs etc., including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying in trenches/ passing through tubing/ pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ ducts etc., jointing and testing, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, LT electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core, including both sides connection with and including cable lugs etc., including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying in trenches/ passing through tubing/ pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ ducts etc., jointing and testing, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, LT electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, including both sides connection with and including cable lugs etc., including taking out existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 15.00 to 17.00: Excavation & earthwork, sand cushioning & brick protection shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying in replacement 40mm bore GI tubing light grade pipe with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to well etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 50mm bore GI tubing light grade pipe with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to well etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs water proof ABS electric distribution box, weather proof IP-65 protection suitable for outdoor use, pole mounted, factory made of size 300mm x 250mm x 150mm comprising one No. MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 volts TPN bus bar not less than 25mm x 5mm aluminium strip and fixing clamps of size 25mm x 5mm two nos including necessary nuts, bolts and locking arrangement with lock, pressure type, four Nos connection holes in each bus bar with nuts, bolts and washers made of galvanized iron and connection thimble etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing etc. by any means for inserting GI/ CI/ HDPE pipe upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5m deep and n. exc. 1.5m in width and getting out including forming bottom surface to required slope/ gradient for laying cables/ pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Excavation shall be done carefully to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers. (ii) Excavation work may be got carried out in short lengths for locating fault in underground cables at different locations.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25mm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick punned down after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified. (Punned thickness (overall 18cm) shall be measured & paid).

M&L old size sub class ‘B’ bricks for protection to cable laid flat abutting each other perpendicular to direction of cable direction complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surfaces of LT steel poles 9.00m long and painting applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in 30cm wide strips alternate in black and yellow colour upto 1.5 mtr height above muff and the remaining portion with one coat of aluminium paint and writing pole no on pole with white paint complete all as directed at site all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-44 (10.00 metre long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws with double end swan neck 3m each side including painting the pole upto 1.00m height above PCC with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer of black & yellow colour of 30cm height each and the remaining portion of pole including swan neck with two coats of aluminium paint including dismantling existing pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium cable lugs suitable for 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm size cable all specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium cable lugs suitable for 35 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm size cable all specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB four pole, 63 Amps, 415 volts, 16kA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal setting having Ics= 100% Icu including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB four pole, 100 Amps, 415 volts, 25kA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal setting having Ics= 75% Icu including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of post top lantern for 360⁰ LED type IP 65, decorative gate light fitting made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for 20W LED bulb 230 volt with B22 base 5700K, suitable for fixing with 50mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED heritage 20 watt ideal to lit up parks garden ways post top for IP 65 protection, gear tray with LEDs and driver, heat resistant to impact and corrosion, glare free and better uniformity complete with all accessories prewired with fixing arrangement on wall/ PCC and connected, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement MCB, SPN, 230V, 6 Amps AC, 10 KA, 'C' series and 50Hz complete all as specified and directed

M&L repair to door hinges and door locks of LT panel board/ feeder pillar box of any size any description including scrubbing/ scratching of old rusted paint by burning through blow lamps and painting the complete of LT panel board/ feeder pillar box externally and internally with 02 coats of approved colour superior quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete al as specified and as directed.

Site clearance including cutting of grass/ trimming of all bushes/ small trees upto a height of 10 feet in surrounding areas of perimeter security lights, E/M installations, panels, bus bar chambers etc. including sprinkling of herbicide solution as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling old earthing and providing new earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nut check nuts and washers earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (light grade) connected to test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1;2:4), type B-1 reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm and MS frame etc. complete & connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including brazing/ testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The unit rate includes galvanised Iron strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5m from earth plate) earth point/ test point. (ii) The complete earth system shall be guaranteed to give result less than 5 ohm resistance.

M&L for maintenance of 16m high mast pole structure accessories by removing any debris, greasing to gears and transitional yoke and other moving parts including lift cable operation, repair to light control box, gear pulley, steel wire rope, mobile rungs, adjustment of head frame and fixture mounting ring including replacement of spare required in the maintenance schedule like power cable, steel wire rope and filling of gear oil complete all as directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable 3 phase induction motor from existing high mast alongwith mounting pulley after taking out the gear assembly, transporting the motor to workshop and rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of standard gauge, bringing back to site and refixing the same after carrying the other work like fixing of connector, connecting strip etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: No credit against old winding will be deducted in credit schedule and quoted rate shall be deemed to be after accounting credit of copper.

M&L for repair of 24 hour analog time switch comfort and save energy capable of switching loads automatically as per real time and replacement of contactor MNX 32 Amps, MNX A2 amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB, TPN, 230V, 63 Amps AC, 10 KA, 'C' series and 50Hz complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement 250 watt LED flood light fittings made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LED's and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection; system efficiency >110/ 125/ 135 LPW, 10 KV SPD all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC insulated with four runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core, multistranded, FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor from main control board of high mast pole of LED light fixed on the pole wound with PVC ring of suitable size to hold the cable inside the high mast including making connection to lights and panel including taking down existing wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: Four runs of cable shall be considered as one unit length.
