Request For Proposals (RFP) For Providing Third Party Inspection Services for the Tools, Equipment and Vehicles purchased by the Urban Local Bodies for Municipal Solid Waste Management works

The bidder should have minimum 5 years experience in the field of Third party inspection services. (bidder needs to submit the Individual/firm/Company registration certificates by the competent authority)

The bidder should have experience of not less than five years in carrying out inspection and testing of similar tools, equipment and vehicles. The total value of the tools, equipment and vehicles inspected shall be more than Rs. 100.00 crores/Annum in any one of the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25/ preceding 5 years. (The Certificate for having worked in Government / Public Sector undertaking / ULB shall be issued by an Officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Government / General Manager in case of Public sector undertaking and Commissioner / Chief Officer in case of ULB.

The bidder preferably shall have extensive network of established offices all over India for taking up the inspection works at the shortest possible time. One branch office at Bangalore or any other district headquarters of Karnataka is mandatory.

The bidder should have ISO certification for quality control system.

The bidder should have GST Registration certificate.

The bidder should have (in the last five years i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25 preceding 5 years) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.22.00 Lakhs. (Audited profit and loss account balance sheet certified by the chartered accountant along with the turnover certificate with UDIN for the above-indicated years along with IT returns filed for the said years all to be uploaded with the bid).
