Augmentation of WSS Bhattian Bet

Constructing OHSR one No. of 150 KL (150000 litres) Capacity with sill level not less than 23.50 m height upto FSL 27.50 mtr from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor and aluminium ladder inside OHSR and M.S. Ladder outside tank complete as described. Providing and fixing DI K-9 D/F expansion joints, bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends, Conforming to ISI - 9523 and C.I. D/F sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS-14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes & overflow, DI double flanged pressure pipes DI K-9 horizontally as per IS 8329-2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel of approved make & painting of all external surface. Providing and applying cystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing management etc. for vertical and horizontal surfaces and swellable type water stop tape complete in all respect. (Note:- The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of is not less than 8.75 tone per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of less than 8.75 tone per Sqm. than The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including providing and fixing automatic Electronic Water Level control Device and Construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with brick masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top cover, 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling including overflow scour haudi complete in all respects. (all including carriage)

Repair of Existing OHSR

Providing, Stringing out uPVC pipe (Type A) ISI -4985: 2021 Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, Excavation, cutting. Jointing and testing, including back filling complete as per specifications. (Mechanically means) 160mm o/d PVC pipe 10 kg/cm 2

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer - in – charge) 150mm i/d

Construction of masonary Sluice Valve Chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department. Size 0.9 x 0.9

Providing, Stringing out uPVC pipes ISI Marked as per ISI-4985:2021 along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, Excavation, cutting. Jointing, testing & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width (Mechanically) PVC pipe 63mm o/d (6Kg/cm2)
