Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and disposing off complete all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and disposing off complete all as specified

S&F fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thick. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class Hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to sedy the frame complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastics paneled door shutter of required colour & approved colour and manufactrures made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polister resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steer primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate forpanels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames. The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 250mm long (Length of Bolt in mm) Aluminium alloy, anodised,sliding door bolt with hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed all as specified.

S&F 200mm long (Length of Bolt in mm) Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm (Size of Handle in mm) Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type,anodised all as specified.

S&F 100mm Butt hinges(Size of hinges in mm), medium weight, cold rolled, stainless steel, and fixed all as specified.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 nd IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall e smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying of silicon sealent in construction joint, window glass,polycarbonate sheets and required places to make joints water tights, after racking out of joints/cracks wherever necessary & throughtout cleaning at different level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description any section embedded in concrete, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premisess complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for joint free non-skid ceramic tiles, coloured (of approved shade and design), 7 to 8mm thick, of superior quality, square / rectangular (area exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm) joint free, as in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free coloured Glazed ceramic tiles,of size 450x 300 x 7 to 8mm thick of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado / risers of step etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles fixed over & including backing coat of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, compound wall etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms, floors and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding and polishing complete all as specified

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of cap 1000 Ltr Cap (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with inlet outlet etc connections all as specified in SSR Part I Complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M& L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including cornicess plaster etc for lime wash (white washing) and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.applying one coat of colour wash (OBD) on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel or iron surfaces of any decription, over 10 cm in width or grith, not othewise described including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 600x450 mm beveled edge looking mirror wall mounted of superior premium quality glass without frame with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers as in repair complete all as specified.

S&F in repair ceramic white / coloured (TABLE TOP) wash basin, scratch resistant, easy clean glaze, modern bathroom sink including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but inclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe complete all as specified.

M&L for china mosaic tiles water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying 25mm thick cement mortar of ration 1:4 per Sqm over application of white cement and SBR chemical applied surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Fixing of chips of china mosaic tiles over cement screed as per intructions of fixing of chips (c ) Filling of joints of chips with cement slurry fixing of tiles with wood. (d) Cleaning of surface and ponding with water for 7 days complete in all aspects required at site.

S&F in repair ball valves 25 mm bore, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium long rod & highdensity plastic big ball screwed for iron pipe including necessary extension nipple and tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank with check nut complete

S&F in repair CPVC gate valve on walls/ceiling or laying in floors for 20mm pipe outer dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,Floor topping etc , surfaces finished of concrete flooring with brooming complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Squared rubble walling with Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width/in concealed conduit non metallic, rigid PVC conduit of adequated size with all fittings and conduit accessories including suiitable size modular metal flush box and modular white cover plate with frame for housing the switches,socket outlets ,including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified .Note : Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the Hard / Dense soil and disposal of surplus excavated material as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of laying of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of 40/32 mm outer/inner dia of conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 including necessary bends,coupling ,tees, reducers, spacers,end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable complete all as directed by Engr-In Charge Make:-ASTRAL TELEREX /eqivalent as approved by GE

M&L for in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and as dierected.

M& L for opening the geyser 25/50 ltr capacity and taking out inner tank and glass wool from inside the geyser , descaling & washing with acid to remove the scales, dirt etc if any and refixing the same after reassembly into geyser and proper filling of new glass wool around inner tank complete all as specified & directed (NOTE:- Glass wool will be measured & paid separately under relevant item of the schedule)
