Annual Maintenance of Traffic Enforcement Cameras with accessories and other equipment mentioned in Annexure-I for the period of 1 year

The Bidder should have installed / maintained a total 75 ITMS/ Traffic Enforcement cameras collectively in single / Multiple City Surveillance project in India

Bidder should have experience in installation and maintained of Video wall, embedded Video Management Server, Traffic enforcement and E-challan software Application

Bidder should have experience in wireless/wired connectivity supporting documents

The bidder company should be in existence for at least 10 years and have expertise in the field of Information Technology, installation and maintenance of Surveillance Camera

The Bidder should have Engineers specialized in the City Surveillance, self-attested Certificate copy to be enclosed.

The Bidder should have Service center/Office in Hubli supporting document like telephone bills or electricity bills should be provided.

The firm should submit the proof of registration of company/LLP or Partnership Deed or Establishment Registration/Udyam Registration certificate

ESI and EPF registration copy.

The bidder should furnish self declaration in company letter head for not block listed in any State/Central Govt./Nationalized Banks / any other State or Central undertakings and Corporations

Declaration from the Bidder for acceptance

The Bidder at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a contract for Work and submit the site visit self declaration. The cost of visiting the Site shall be at the Tenderers own expense.

The OEM shall provide full support for service and spares for Camera period of two (2) years from the date of commencement of the contract.

The Bidder should have an on average turnover of Rs. 100 Lakhs for the last three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.

The Bidder should have taken ITMS / Enforcement camera Supply and installed / Maintained order with a minimum value of 90 Lakhs in any State/Central Govt./Nationalized Banks / any other State or Central undertakings and Corporations

The Bidder should furnish GST Certificate and PAN Card Copy
