Almirah large steel with shelves - FD-1031 DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 1985mm high,920mm wide and 485mm deep. DESCRIPTION:-The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered . Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. HANDLE: One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing . LOCKING DEVICE:The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH:-All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.

Almirah Large (Stee) 1/2 Hanging 1/2 Shelving:- FD-1033 All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high. The base shall be 100mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 920mm length. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Two shelves shall be provided at 350mm and 700mm from bottom of almirah. Ahan ging rod 60mm from top shall be provided which shall be of 20mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm. Two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod. Front shutters shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall provided to shutters. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with three nubers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. All hung. DESCRIPTION: The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship HANDLE: A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of green hammerpaint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on left top corner of front shutter of visisble colour as directed by Engr-In -Charge.Rest all as per drgs

Bin Linen Multipurpose - FD/E6/MAP/09 The overall size of the bin linen multipurpose is 1200mm long x 450mm wide x 750mm high. The sides, partitions, shelves, drawers of the bin linen shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The back of the bin linen shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The three equal shutters shall be provided with magnetic catchers. All fittings and fixtures shall be done as per drg.The base shall be provided at an height of 75mm from ground and shall be of hardwood sheesham with four nos of 25x25mm stiffeners placed at equidistant positions. Rest all as per drg.

Bed Hard Steel MAP - FD/E6/MAP/09- Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed.All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer.Rest all as per drg.

Chair Dining - -FD-279 - Overall size shall be 890mm high, 440mm wide and 430mm deep. The size of the legs shall be 30x55mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 30x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg.Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. The height of the seat shall be at 460mm high from ground. The size of the teak wood back shall be 45x15mm made out of 45x35mm section.25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of natural shade. Rest all as per drg

CHAIR EASY - FD -229- DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 720mm high . DESCRIPTION:- All wood shall be first class teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 30mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mmx55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mmx55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmx100mm in section out of 60mmx100mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmx100mm in section joined together by vertical side rails of 30mmx25mm in section teak wood to form the frame |Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Plastic Cane: first quality white colour canning Godrej Pattern as directed by Engineer -in-Charge shall be used for seat and back.SHOE: Best quality Rubber/ PVC shoe inner shoe shall be used.FINISH: All expose steel surface shall be white enamel paint shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR WRITING - FD/E6/MAP/12 - DIMENSION:The overall size of the chair shall approx be 950mm high,500mmwide DESCRIPTION:It shall be of trade pattern and of one make and model as described.The size /dimensions of the chair shall meet the overall specification as described.The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section.Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with shore “A” hardness and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant.Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front.. Table computer FD/E6/MAP/03 - DIMENSION:-Overall size of top shall be 900mm long,561.20 mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:-All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top ,shelves,drawers,tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.The frame of table shall be of 25MM square pipe of wall thickness not lss than 1.6mm.The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading.The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage.Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only.The drawers shall be provided with telescopic channel 300mm long.The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers .Rest all as per drg. FINISH:- All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

Chair Computer - FD/E6/MAP/01 - The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Caster Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the casters. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Rest all as per drg.and as per sample approved by BSO/GE

Charpoy with Hard Top- FD/MAP-II/01 - DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 guage welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. FINISH:All steel surfaces shall be Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with black colour.

Ladder aluminium- 1025 - DIMENSION:Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. DESCRIPTION: The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm .Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space of 300mm in between as shown in drg.The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick .Each alumnium pipe rung of 23 mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all as shown on drawing.

Locker Bed side steel - FD -257 - All as shown on drg. Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. All steel sheet shall be 1mm thick in front,back, sides,top and bottom. Legs shall be of U -shape channel 100mm high and 60mm wide ends plugged with 1mm thick mild steel sheet. The legs shall be welded to bottom of locker. Half of locker shall have shelves and other half shall have hanging space. A vertical partition shall be provided dividing the width of locker into two salves. Hanging portion shall have 20mm dia cp steel conduit pipe 1.6mm wall thickness with socket at 55mm from front of shutter of locker or 80mm top of locker as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Two shelves, making 3 equal compartment shall be provided in the other half of locker. Two black sheet studs(One to each front shutter) fixed in side of shutter shall be made to shape with 1mm thick sheet and 80mm wide, hight being that of shutter shall be provided as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Front shutters of locker shall be side hung with 75mm long butt hinges. Two handles, chromium plated, 100mm long fixed to shutters. All joints and welding,fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All steel and iron surfaces exposed to view shall be given two coats of OG/Grey enamel paint over a coat of primer after prepration of surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as per drg and directed by Engineer -in-charge

PEG TABLE:- FD-277 Overalll size shall be 380mm long, 380mm wide and 380 mm high. Top, sides and back shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF bd. Front side shall remain open and bottom shall be recessed at 20mm from front side and shall be of pre-laminated particle bd and shall be 50mm from bottom. Front edges shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. At sides and back joints 17mmx17mm teak wood beading shall be provided as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer- in -charge.

SOFA SET SEATER 5 WITH CUSHIONS - FD- 281 - DIMENSION : Overall size of the three seat shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high. DESCRIPTION: The set consist of one long piece of three seat only.Well seasoned teak wood throughout in frame work shall be used for manufacturing of sofa.All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP) legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front .Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides.100mm thick cushion of 40 density covered with best quality tapestry cloth (approved by GE , not less than Rs:300/meter) shall be provided at seat and back as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make of cushion-kurlon/sleepwell/nindiya. FINISH :All wooden surfaces internally and externally shall be melamine polished with high lacquer finish of walnut shade after properly smoothened the surface with sand emery paper.Rest all specifications are as per drg.

Rack Shoe Steel Pipe:- FD/E6/MAP/02R 25mm dia 1.2mm th. Conduit pipe for leg frame and 19mm dia 1.2mm th conduit pipe for jali frame shall be used. WIRE: 3mm dia wire shall be used for making jail. 9 Nos in short side 3 Nos in length side shall be welded with jail frame. Finish: All steel surface shall be black powder coated. Shoe: Hard /PVC Shoe shall be provided to the bottom of legs. REST : all as shown on the drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Side Board:- FD-1112 Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450mm wide and 750mm high. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm MDF, Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm thick MDF. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF. A veticle partition of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three pieces of particle board 40mmx19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle bd. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF 20mm x20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in centre of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mm x20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side bd in such a way the the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board. the shutters shall be side hung with 20mm size piano type hinges. The shutters shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided alround the front shutters and front of shelves. Shelvesh shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support. ON all visible front edges of pre-laminated particle bd/MDF bd shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood edging. All drawers and shutters shall be provided with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer fininsh.

Table Bed Side -FD/E6/MAP/15 (R) - The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg.

Table centre - 274 - DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss.The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops.25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH:All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

Table dressing ladies with mirror :-FD-251 - DIMENSION:The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. DESCRIPTION:- The sides, top ,back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/GE.Rest all as per drg. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 380mm wide and 1700mm high (height is the mirror). FINISH:All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.Rest all as per drgs

Table Dressing Gents :- FD/E6/MAP/15 DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 900mm long, 300mm wide and 150mm high at bottom with support of mirror as 1115mm high. DESCRIPTION: The frame of mirror shall be overall size of 410mm wide and 790mm high, fixed at 150mm from top of lower base.The entire box shall be made of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board except back and bottom which shall be of 12mm thick plywood .The sides of the drawers shall be made of 12mm thick commercial ply with bottom of 6 mm ply and front of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board.The mirror of 380mmx760mm shall be provided with its wooden frame made of 25mmx35mm teak wood battens.The bach shall be of 6mm thick plywood.5.5mm thick mirror distortion free shall be provided on 6mm thick plywood backing..3mm thick flat iron key plates of MS.Two knobs of aluminium anodized dark brown in shade shall be provided to both the drawers. 25mmx25mm in section shall be provided at top of mirror and painted with black paint. FINISH:All wood surfaces shall be french polished with high gloss finish.

Table dining 6 pers :-FD-273 - DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP).The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only . Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mmX45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two stiffeners of 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints.Four wooden brackets /corners of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket. 25mm×25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table.Rest all as per drgs FINISH:All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss French polish with lacque

Table writing :- 275 DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial.6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date.
