Supply and fix in repair for synthetic wooven flooring carpet weight 1.5 kg/sqm fixed with approved rubber base adhesive as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :BAJAJ/Unitex Carpet/Responsive Industries Ltd/LG.

Supply and fix in repair for 1.5mm thick PVC sheets laminated plain coloured marble mosaic or molted finish laid with rubber based adhesive in floors and skirtings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fix in repair for wooden coloured interlocking tiles 1215 X 168 X 8 mm thick rectangular in floor/ dado laid over existing floor with foam sheet of approved best quality including joint/ polished end covering strip of make Kajaria/ Action tesa, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix 0.63 mm galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L or J type hook bolts or self taping screw and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix 0.63 mm plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valleys, gutters, drip and straight flashings( including necessary wooden plugs,nut and bolts,welding and connected materials at any hieght up to four stories buildings) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L or J type hook bolts or self taping screw and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling wall and ceiling board,of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The rates are include to taking down and refixing electrical fitting and fixture proparly in working condition).

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel plate rack of size 90x60x25 cm made with not less than thick 1.00 less than thick sheet complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair PVC toilet cabinate of appx size 12"X17"X5" closed pattern with mirror on full face all as specefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Commander or equivalent

Material and Labour plain fillet second class hardwood Exc 3 Sq.cm & N Exc 6 Sq .cm ,rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or beads complete including necessary painting/polshing etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling Mild Steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix mild steel of joist channel, angle, Tee section, or hollow tubes (rectangle/square/round) fixed indepently without connecting plates confirming to Grade Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for preparation of newly steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
