Only – Old line material Scrap rates as per Schedule-B-2 (OLM Charges ) are Firm

(1) Contractor shall have to take suitable storage-cum-erection insurance cover (comprehensive Marine cum Erection

(MCE) insurance policy) i.e. as per instruction of EIC at his cost to the extent of 100% cost of s/s or line materials, which

are required to complete the s/s or line as per tender conditions above.

(2) Work should be carried out as per GETCO’s standards by implementing FQP/ISO. Other terms & conditions as per

Special Notes for Line: -

01 All the work related to the transmission line should be carried out as per GETCO'S standard FQP for transmission

02 Successful bidder has to appoint site engineer to maintain site register and FQP as per ISO.

03 All work should be done according to ISO & FQP and all require documents including filled FQP, testing results, etc

should be submitted while handing over the line

04 All the rates indicated above includes taking delivery of all stringing material from GETCO's store at destination &

keeping them in safe custody & transporting the same to erection site.

05 Contactor has to take insurance at his cost for work as well as line material up to handing over to TR Department.

06. All the required tools and tackles like compression jointing machine for conductor, earth wire, cutting machine,

welding set, drill machine, etc are to be arranged by the contractor at his cost.

07. Special skilled labours to be arranged by contractor to execute the work.
