Design ,manufacture,supply,installation,testing,commissioning and maintenance of heavy duty reversible type escalator

Special Eligibility Criteria

   The OEM should directly or through its Indian agent /dealer have experience of design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of minimum 20 No of passenger escalator to Indian Railways, Metro Rail, Mono Rail. High Speed Rail, Airport or any other Government owned/controlled public transport agency,in last three financial years (2023-24,24-25, 25-26) and current financial years up to date of tender closing for which firm to submit the neccessary document as per the annexure C(i) enclosed with the tender

   The firm should directly or through its Indian vendor have service centers with qualified technical engineers in at least 20 cities in India and maintained at least 50 escalator years under annual Maintenance Contract with Indian Railways, Metro Rail and Mono Rail. High Speed Rail, Airport or any other Government owned/controlled public transport agency in last three financial years (2023-24,24-25,25-26) & current financial years up to date of tender closing. The firm should upload documentary evidence like self attested copy of "Registration Certificate of establishment "or equivalent document issued by state govt / local authorities and other documentary evidence ,if any as proof of having service centre. ,PO / CA for AMC/CAMC, certified /self certified copy of "Statement for CAMC contracts for Escalators , in last three years and current financial year up to tender closing date of this tender" as per the format given in annexure -C(i) attached with tender document, Performance Certificate of AMC/CAMC from the concerned organization in format enclosed at annexure C(ii) of "" enclosed with tender document and other documentary evidences,if any, If duration of AMC/CAMC in terms of the years against respective PO/CA comes to be in the fraction (and not as whole number),for the purpose of evaluation of this eligibility criteria, then total no of escalator years completed under respective POs / CAs (in terms of no of years) is calculated as follows. CAMC/AMC period in terms of no of years= ((AMC/CAMC period in terms of number of months ) / 12). If CAMC/AMC is in effect for 15 or more days in a particular month, that month will be counted as one month and if If CAMC/AMC is in effect for less than 15 days in a particular month, that month will be counted as zero month.

Commercial-Compliance

   The "Bidder" shall quote the AMC charges ( Annual maintainance Contract charges) for 5 years in IREPS ,taking into account. In this regard , it may please be noted that rate of discounting of 10% per annum is taken into account, for Calculation of NPV value. Period of AMC will start after the successful completion of the warranty period of 24 months after successful commissioning of the Escalator, duly certified by Bill Passing Officer. The AMC for the Escalator will be comprehensive and shall be inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost for sheduled/unscheduled day to day maintenance. Maintenance schedule is as per annexure -6A,6B,6C,6D of RDSO Specs No: RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0095 (REV 4)-2026. For CAMC , all clauses of Para 24.7 of RDSO specification No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0095(Rev 4)-2026 are also applicable. The bidder shall submit an undertaking as per Annexure 'O' (Annexure O may be seen in at enclosure/attachment to tender "AMC for escalators including formats of Annexures"). Two months before the completion of warranty period, a separate AMC agreement shall be entered with SR.DEE/ELE/GS/SBC of the Bengaluru Division of South Western Railways as per the accepted rate in the bid. In case the firm does not quote AMC charges for five years , as per details above, then their offer shall be treated as incomplete and shall be summarily rejected.

   The tendered stores shall have comprehensive warranty of 24 months after successful commissioning of the Escalator,duly certified by Bill Passing Officer ( i.e. SR.DEE/ELE/GS/SBC). For warranty ,all clauses of Para 22 of RDSO specification No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/TL/0095(Rev 4)-2026 are also applicable The 'Bidder' shall submit an undertaking as per format given in Annexure 'L' of document "AMC for escalators including formats of Annexures", enclosed with tender document.

I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority.
