Thrissur District Panchayat Project Supply and installation of 10HP centrifugal pump at Peramangalm Mundoorthazham padavu under Kaiparamabu Gramapanchayath

Supply of centrifugal pump with following duty criteria, coupled with suitable electric motor TEFC, fitted on a common base frame, with necessary fittings and couplings. The material of construction of impeller shall be Cast Iron/ Carbon Steel/ Bronze, and that of pump body is Cast Iron Alloy, pump shaft /shaft sleeve SS410. The quote should include a Panel board with suitable starter for Monoblock / close coupled pump, Voltmeter, Ammeter, MCCB, ELCB, Single phase preventer, dry run preventer, star delta timer, RYB indication lamp etc. The quote should be inclusive of all petty civil works, electrical connections, and drawings and all required paper work required for the connection from KSEB duly signed by a registered elecrical wireman/supervisor. All installation should meet the KSEB / Electrical inspectorate requirement The supply should include Flexible suction pipe 10m with diameter suitable for proposed pump inlet and a flexible delivery pipe 15m with diameter suitable pump outlet. The suction ppe shall be fitted with a PVC foot valve suitable to the proposed suction pipe. The supply should include all accessories fittings such as ben, priming arrangements etc.
