Maintenance and Upgradation Works for Holding Pond No. 02 at WRPL Viramgam

Holding Pond Wall and Bottom surface scraping:- Thorough scraping (including sludge) of the bottom, Holding pond Walls including piping and structures etc. as per direction of EIC/ Site Engineer including all required manpower, tools, tackles,consumables, non-consumables etc. to complete the work in all respects.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations]

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost].

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including trimming of sides of the trenches, dressing, ramming and levelling the bottom of the trenches correct to level, grade etc. including filling in sides of foundation trenches, plinth etc. with the excavated earth available and/or depositing the excess earth within station area limits, in layers not exceeding 20 cms. thick, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, dressing to level and grade , complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer: ,,In all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, all works up to any lead and lift complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in surface excavation (not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
