P/L of hand packed stone boulder/soling (as applicable) in foundation and plinth incl compaction,consolidation/ramming, carriage BY MT to site of work,filling of voids complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, drains, for mass concrete, foundation beam

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in above plinth plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix on brick masonary.

P/F of Structual Steel single section including Cutting, Welded hoisting and Placing in Position and applying priming coat as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new wood work.

Carriage of material from approved source upto site of work by M/T sand stone aggregate at an avg. lead of 20 kms.

Carriage of bricks with avg. lead of 85 kms.
