PANDAL : Hire and labour charges for temporary construction of pan dal with strong bamboo/sal post super structure with 16’ hight covered with water proof tarpaulin, fixed tightly and secured by digging of wholes and ties with rope etc. to stand steady during rain and wind, complete with new cloth selling, fascia, wall and posts are covered with new cloth complete in all respect. Charges including fitting, fixing, transportation and dismantling after the end of the programme with other necessary materials required for the job Size of Pandal : 50’ x 100’ = 5000 Sft . Mukta Mancha: Stage- 16’ x 20’=320 Sft Pandal- 80’ x 30’=2400 Sft

Construction of temporary cubical/stall by strong bamboo super structure with platform made with wooden runner, hard wood plank and back board with synthetic mat and cubical top covered by water proofing tarpaulin etc. wall framed with wooden battens and ply wood walls and fascia decorative by painting properly, suitable arrangement by providing necessary chair, table and opening of each stall fitted with collapsible gate. Temporary structure of the said location to be removed and regain the original status of the ground as per decision & direction of the E.I.C. 142X10X10=14200 Sft.

BACK DROP: Hire & labour charges for construction of well decorated back drop with wooden batten, bamboo support, fixed tightly and made properly to stand steady, multicolor flex fixing all complete with new cloth. Fitting, fixing, transportation & dismantling charges and other necessary materials required for the job. Size of back drop 25’x12’ = 300 Sft.

In side walling and ceilling with white or colour washed cloth without bamboo/sal framing and post complete etc.

Hire and labour chargers for erecting platfrom with 19mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing a star component as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Hire and labour charges for laying synthetic carpet on dias,rest rooms and all over the pandel.

Making racks as per drawing and direction inc. uding hiring charges of local woods supplying of all others materials and labour complete

Supply and hire charges for daily men for stagearrangement for 14 Days , 2Nos per shift for o2 stage =14 X 2 X 2=56

PILLAR GATE :Hire & Labour charges for construction of decorative pillar gate fabricated with wooden framing fitting, fixing, transportation, complete in all respect and other necessary materials required for the job and dismantling charges. Multi colour flex designing,printing. Size of pillar four side pillar : 4’ x 8’ x 4side x 6 nos.

STANDEE :Hire & Labour charges for construction of standee fabricated with wooden framing fitting, fixing, transportation, complete in all respect and other necessary materials required for the job and dismantling charges including multi colour flex designing, printing. Size of standee: 3’x 6’x 20 nos. = 360 sft.

Flex Wall :Flex wall with strong bamboo structure (for view cutter & others)

Supply and erection of direction signage (1’6”x2’0”)

Supply and erection of direction arrow(40 Nos)

Fees for permission from West Bengal Fire and Emergency service (Payment will be made as per producing original bill of W.B.F & E.S)

Erection of box type ornamental decorative gates including ancillary works.

Sweeping and cleaning at new town mela ground during after and before mela.(From 24.12.2019 to 05.01.2020)

Supply and providing security guard during New Town Mela from 23.12.19.to 05.01.20 ( 4 nos x 3 shift x 14 days)=168 nos
