Repair of pot hole by Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to crushed stone agreegate specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and Applying primer coat with bituminious VG-30 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg/ sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause-502.by mechnical means including all leads , lifts of material and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulation distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (mechanically means )Bitumen (S-90/ VG-10) as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 by Mechanical Means bitumen ( VG-30) as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/ concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .
